Tempo seems to be the opposite (conq corki will look for more all in than poke)
But idk, I kinda just go grasp cause low elo scrub and its fine

yep it has precise timing but u can do both EQ or just Q backwards before ult. Just one difference:
EQ works on all knockups
Q like in the video doesn't work on ur own tornado knockup
