For your question - It is not for social aspect that he is talking about in that. This is their song that talks about what happens in Japan way back 2011 (?), the earthquake and tsunami. They also have another song dedicated for that, the title is BE THE LIGHT. Actually, these kind of song is not new in OOR discography. If you will look at their discography, their songs are mostly inspiring and youth empowering.
If you want to react to their more rockish type of songs. Better check their old stuff, cuz it is way more heavier than their songs started from their 35xxxv album up until their Eye of the storm album.

Try "Koi no Aibou Kokoro no Cupido" (恋ノアイボウ心ノクピド) or "NO SCARED" at Yokohama Stadium. I think those songs will be more down your alley.
Also, I recommend you try to stay away from these fan-made live mix videos when doing reactions because you're watching how someone edited multiple performances together rather than how the band wanted to present the song.
