This season has 1 purpose and 1 purpose only. To make OG look delusional and absolve the other women (Shaunie and Evelyn) of their wrongdoings. People keep saying why did OG come back, but the real question is- Why was OG brought back? If she’s so difficult and mean spirited and no one wants to be around her? Why not fire her and move on to a happy season with all the women who are so pleasant and agreeable and get along so well.

@@ProphetMisfit09 she definitely made SEVERAL threats and was physically violent on multiple occasions, thus making her not only a threat, but a liability. This is not to shade Tami bc I love her growth, but the fact is she and Evelyn are the most violent and aggressive cast members and have never been publicly reprimanded or segregated. They were given cute nicknames like “Spicy Latina” and “Firecracker” versus “aggressive”, “Godzilla” , and “Tazmanian Devil.”

OG made it clear that she really wants a genuine apology. All of them are acting as if they don't know what they've said and done. Her childhood trauma made her hyper aware of it as well. We can't act like she didn't experience it cause she clearly did. This episode showed her being annoyed with them having the same conversation.

Am confused why Evelyn and Shaunie was not the ones to show up at the house to speak to OG first😕😕This colorism issue is deeper then any of those girls on that show could ever comprehend, or even care to understand whatever deeply rooted past issues that OG is dealing with. This episode is in the works to do damage control and to make OG look like the bad guy. They are not showing everything. Shaunie has everyone doing her dirty work by speaking with OG. OG had every right to be upset with someone going to a person that she don’t trust, someone that she don’t feel has her best interest at heart and to reveal her personal experiences. If someone went to Michelle to “work things out” and said things to her for you and without your knowledge, you would be upset. Even though she went through some experiences early on in life doesn’t mean that she can’t experience them later too. It did start there but it didn’t end there. Evelyn and shaunie pulled that white lady card by acting like they were scared for their life to the point they didn’t want to be in the same room/stage. Can they start at the beginning? OG was blamed for touching Kristin and Shaunie said that OG did when later footage showed she didn’t. OG tossed Evelyn to stop her from attacking CeeCee. Why are these other people not held accountable for their actions?

However, word around Atlanta is that Malaysia didnt really have Brandi back like that when it came to the show. Malaysia told Shaunie and Evelyn Brandi’s business and kind of threw her under the bus. Brandi stood up to Shaunie for both of them. Brandi was ostracized, but Malaysia stayed down with them. Basically, Malaysia was two faced and disloyal.

And they still knew what they were doing by sending the “brown” girls to try to clean up their mess or come to some resolve when it wasn’t them who started the whole thing in the 1st place. Shaunie being the head shldve been thee first person to reach out especially when off camera she started the whole thing.
I dont think they sent them..I think brown skin girls were willing because they too had been victimized by colorism, racism (maybe even favoritism). I DO think Malaysia (Kristian whomever said it) is right though they've had similar experiences and looking at those experiences from different windows..this could very well have been a great opportunity to share, learn and grow..EVEN if editing makes you look messed up (them editors messsssy...anything for good tv)

From day one of OG filming, when OG was in her room taking a break from a long day of filming Shaunie showed up to the house and had production introduce her to the other ladies and when they told her to come to OG’s so she cld meet her as well, she didn’t know OG heard her but she said no, they’ll just nod and say she did.... lol not blaming her for everything but she plays a role in it as well and shld be the leader in my opinion

They all called her aggressive, even though most of them have exhibited worse behavior throughout the decade.
They played the scared white woman card stating that they were afraid of her.

No, OG didn't start off with a bad attitude. It was Kristen who started with OG and OG's pool party. She and Kristen exchanged words and OG told Kristen to leave. OG actually went behind Kristen to see what the issue was and Kristen kept that same negative energy. She got smart with OG and OG got smart back with her. It all went down from there. The other ladies never gave her a fair chance. They went on what Kristen said and treated OG badly because of it.

Shaunie is the one that put a divide in the group by
excluding OG from dinner and segregating during the reunion. She should be the
one to come to OG. Why should OG have to come to Shaunie why should OG have to
be satisfied with the other ladies doing what Shaunie wont even do. Suppose you
worked with someone that you accused of being racist and once they were called
out on it they proceeded to ignore you and send other representatives to speak
to you in hopes that you would see they weren’t being racist. Why is she sending darker women to OG to
further prove their isn’t any colorism. This would be equivalent to Trump being
accused of racism and sending a black person to black communities to prove that
he isn’t. Then to add insult to injury when the sisters explained OG background
Shaunie had the nerve to state that the story helped her to HUMANIZE OG
passion. As if she isn’t a human. As black people we get tired of having to
explain to white people why their actions are racist and when we try we get
labeled as playing the race card or being an “angry black person” This is the same
feeling a person that is dealing with colorism would feel as well. Think back
to a time when you felt discriminated against. Were you full of smiles and
giggles. Or were you upset, hurt, frustrated etc because people are trying to

As the producer of the show, Shaunia should have talked to OG about the colorism issue and why she feels that she has experienced colorism on the show. Now I do think that OG has a nasty attitude and her personality clashes with other women. You can call me naive, but I do think that Kristen and Malaysia were being genuine towards OG. The reason why I do think that Kristen was being genuine towards OG is because in season 7 OG and Kristen had got into argument which caused them to dislike each other, but when OG brother passed away, Kristen did console OG even though they didn’t like each other at that time
Colorism/Featurism AND having a bad attitude can exist mutually and consistently! They were gonna sh*t on her and call her ugly ANYWAY and DID...however OG in the end didn't make her case easy with her defensiveness/attitude.

OG, is aggressive and insecure about her looks and she’s on the defense about it. You claim the girls went above and beyond to make amends with OG but they have yet to acknowledge that she was treated unfairly at the reunion. They're putting the onus on OG to explain everything without doing some personal reflection before going to meet with her. That's the issue. Had they walked up to OG and said, "I can understand how you feel there's a colorism issue based on how you were unfairly separated from the rest of the cast during the reunion.." things probably would've gone much smoother. But they're gaslighting OG by acting like they didn't see her being mistreated at the reunion or like they didn't see Evelyn use that monkey emoji in reference to OG (she can deny it all she wants but that was clearly directed towards OG). Also, Malaysia and Kristen reaching out to OG to ask her about her experiences when neither of them reached out to her prior to filming feels disingenuous. That's all OG is saying. She isn't obligated to make nice with anyone if she doesn't feel like they're coming from a genuine place.
The new girls overstepped their bounds by sharing OG's story with Shaunie without running it by her first. OG's tone when she pointed that out was appropriate. The new girls felt like she was being mean because they didn't expect her to check them.
Ultimately, OG may not be the most likable person in the world but she's real. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about most of the other ladies in the group.
OG is not made for reality tv. She doesn't get it and She's not a girl's girl.

And Tami is a mean girl too. She broke up Evie and Jen friendship renewal and Shaunie’s with some old gossip she was hanging on to then left the group.

Now, I do agree, ... if she is not prepared to move forward then this is not the group for her. I do agree that she is guarded and does not trust easy. I do agree she may have past trauma.
