Much like the legendary Line 6 DL4 the only problem with this pedal is that the foot switches are prone to dying. I have 2 of these and switches are gone on both of them, but unlike the DL4 they are not easy to replace.
The nova delay was the top of the range, with all the options available at that time, with 12v power supply. The repeater is a simplified version, slightly less hi-fi in tone than the nova delay with 9v operation. Please subscribe
On today’s standards there are a lot of features of this pedal that have been overcomes by the best competition. Still, in terms of pure tone and some features like the forgotten “ping pong mode” this pedal shine and stand out from the crowd after all these years. And it’s really a tank. Please subscribe
The iB pedal is not just the iconic red one, after all certain s/n every single Nova Delay has got the input buffer mod. You can google the question to find that specific serial number
The dynamic function is so good.
I love the Ping Pong in stereo 🤩
Nice pedal!👍
Thanks my friend. merry Christmas 🎅
@@TheSpaceGuitar Merry Christmas!
Still the best pan and ping pong in pedal form!
I agree

I own also the DL4 both MK1 and MK2, they are great pedals but imho this is better. Never had a problem with those switches though, with both pedals
nice!

i did@@TheSpaceGuitar
how to go wrong with a layout like the famous d2, love TC stuff
This is a great pedal
You probably want to slow down the tempo to actually hear the subdivisions though...
I wanted to show what actually changes with the same setting
@@TheSpaceGuitar fair enough. Subdivisions are typically synced to tempo and no music is that fast. Just sounds like any multitap at that speed.
what is the difference between nova delay and nova repeater?
nice video btw👊🏽

I miss mine
These pedals can be inexpensive today
I find the subdiv options are not optimal, there are other more useful timings that shouldve been there

That does not appear to be an iB Modified....

@@TheSpaceGuitarexactly. My Nova Delay too is black, but the serial number says is the iB version.
@@TheSpaceGuitarI bought a black one without a S/N, how can I tell if it has the iB or not?
@ you can’t without the S/N. Anyway they sound great
