Top tip, you dont need to remove the flat inserts from the side bezels, they come out with the chrome bezels/trims in one piece.
Question. I've installed everything correectly with the qsb etc. Tried booting into xell and i got nothing. just a flashing green light on ROL board. Ideas?

so you can get the c-r bin file with the xflasher points soldered on the top of the board without exposing the PLL back of the board? im looking to do a LTU2 swap on my slim without rghing it when i wanna flash the slim with LTU2
The xFlasher is simply just for reading and writing NAND memory, and doesn’t require PLL by default. In terms of drive flashing, I’m not sure.

@@FrontoOptimo It doesn’t really matter if the console is off.
To get the C-R and Key.bin files you need to extract them from the NAND dump by entering the consoles CPUKey in JRunner. You only need to do this if you have a DG-16D5S LiteOn Drive.
If you have a DG-16D4S Drive then you can flash LTU firmware to it without needing the unlocked PCB. This is done by either Kamikaze (Winbond) or cutting a trace and probing (MXIC)
If you have a Hitachi DL10N drive then you need the Hitachi Unlocked PCB.

question does jungle flashing work the same as well ? still or do i need too open up and solder i dont know how too solder at all i might just wing it give soldering a try its all ready 2024 there should be a soft mod for this come on
There isn’t a softmod, and probably won’t ever be. I don’t know much about jungle flashing.
How do i check which 360 model i have? I've seen a few things about "trinity" and others and it seems like it determines whether jtag is possible or if only rgh is possible
Search online for the Xbox 360 identification guide and you can check your power port on the console. Most of the time you use RGH unless it’s a PHAT console on the original blades dashboard.
The SMD component could have been done a little cleaner but outside of that great work
It was functional and secure on there, I don’t see it as a big issue.

Hey just recently did a trinity rgh3 and this video popped up! I soldered the pll but somehow managed to rip post lol
You can use a postfix adapter, even on Trinity consoles, if you damage the post point.

@@LeapFrog_Radioyou can also scrape off the mask on the top side of the board where the post via is. Then just tin it and run your post wire :)
