Good luck. I have the escort version. I ended up trimming the fender flares off because it rubs everywhere when it turns or when you brake. Also there's no room for the wheels to turn when the suspension is compressed. I also trimmed the back half off to run the losi rear wing. The phat bodies dont come with window decals which suck as well. Im running a 4300kv motor and 3s with the same foams as you.
yeah I am masking up the inside later today, I notice on the phat bodies website a lot of the time these cars are run as stock cars and have the windows cut out, but supplying mask for them would be a lot better idea

Warren RC is a great source. He is really reliable, and sells the EMB 1 parts. I can tell you from experience none of the drivetrain is compatible, but the suspension and steering is convertible. I dont know how to get my number to you without the whole world getting it, but I would love to talk to you about this car. Thanks for all you do!

Get the WLToys a-959 body mounts they screw onto the metal suspension mounts and are adjustable and you can cut them down. Put the back one on the suspension metal tower mount where the suspension is mounted (it helps if you take a tumble aswell as the plastic mounts that stick out of the body are the 1st to hit the ground,not the metal) and the same on the front. Hope this gives you some help and ideas? You can find em in the usual places 👍

BTW when I was a kid, probably around 40 years ago me & friends had Mardave Mini 1/12 I think, had foam slicks. Tiny little brushed can & was 4.8v NI-CD pack... I had a 540 or 550 can & used to run 7.2V & 8.4V packs through it. Thing was rapid. Looked it back then anyways Lol 👌 👌 Thanks For The Memories Rich. 😉

At first I was thinking the red, blue, and white. But I really like the idea of black with the Driftomaniacs logo on top. Have you tried fitting any 1/10 on-road bodies on it? Like for a TT-02 or similar sized RC?
One of the problems is the shock towers, that's the limiting factor, I did browse a few tamiya ones but all the 1/10 ones are a little too large (lot of cutting and gluing would be needed if that makes sense?)
You need to do a mineral oil cooled car where the esc is in a bath and you use a pump and a water jacket for the motor with a radiator. It works be a WORLD FIRST. Come on Richie boy

Too funny! Shot in 4K (sorry no 8K camera available but pointless as youtube only takes 4K max), you do of course realise that if your bandwidth connection (either at home or on mobile) is poor then youtube will feed you the picture in 480 or 720dp, but I guess knowing so much about cameras you knew that before shooting off your mouth.....
@@DriftomaniacsRC Wait no actually your right. I had the quality on 480p so that's why it looked back. I think it was looking not as good compared to all the other videos on youtube I watch on 480p is because your lighting blocks your face, making it hard to see you. I suggest you just put a small light behind the camera, kind of like a camera flash. But that's just my opinion, it's not like I'm a photography specialist or something.

LC racing truggy body gives you a bunch of room. It’s no the most Aero but it can and does work.

Just installed my mini phat body 2 days ago. I decided to use magnets to mount it. Color is metallic orange with black hood, roof, and spoiler.
