I’d say do 30 minutes of cardio whether its walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes or cycling then get an hour in of weights and focus on specific muscles groups for each day and have a full body workout to end off your week, goodluck and have fun 😂😂
I like the fact that you're gyming but you take it easy... Have a key focus of what you going to target, Maybe Monday you focus on cardio, Tuesday Legs, Wednesday Ab, etc but gym the whole body in one day is a no go After all No Pain, No Gain 🤣🤣🤣🤣
