Overall I don’t think any character is necessarily “weak” but Tiers definitely apply. Raven has strong tools but I feel like he’s not oppressive like the rest of the cast. His frames are relatively weak so being aggressive is hard even tho that’s the whole meta of the game. He’s very mixup heavy which is nice but other characters have FORCED 50/50’s especially at the wall which makes them more scary. Raven has very fake pressure. His only forced 50/50 is his heat smash but that’s every character. His heat shadow clones should be +3 on block and he needs some of his old tools back from T7. There’s a lot I could add
