Can use my iPhone 14 like a RFID hotel room key? And how can i do that!!!!

Great question, and I envision that hotels will get to that point at some time in the future. So your hotel room key is an HF/NFC tag that is encoded and encrypted with a security passcode. When the key is tapped to the door at the room (which is the reader) the reader verifies the code which triggers the lock.
Unfortunately, it has more to do with the back-end system than the actual key card. There also may be some protocol differences that would prevent the iphone from actually connecting to the door reader, but that will vary based on the system the hotel is using.
