@@basselsak6111 dude, people tend to discovered new music specifically from these music channels that do all the hours of searching for us, so of course they are very clearly okay with it, do you think you can make amazing music without money or fans? So don't be a dick alright, don't forget without these artist being cool with it, nightblue wouldn't exist nor would any other music channel and you wouldn't be able to find new music, no one's gonna make a music channel and only post mainstream music that you can find in 3 seconds
They aren't being a "dick", they are asking a very good question many other (myself included) wonder. Yes, sure, this allows the artist to get more popular, but it also means they are not getting money out of it: people could be listening to this on their main channel (if they have one), or on another platform such as Spotify, but instead are listening to the music here on TH-cam, thus not giving any money to the original artist. When a song is listened to on Spotify, on the radio or on their main channel, it generates money for the artist who made the song.
Here, we are just wondering if they make money off of that or if it all goes to the music host (in this case, Nightblue music), and whether they are O.K. with that or not.
Let's not jump to conclusions and start calling people dicks. They are just making a genuine question and I'm sure they'd appreciate not getting insulted for that.
@Raven Bloodrose Having a music channel is not as hard as you make it seem to be. While I'm sure there is some research going on, you also have to acknowledge they follow music artists and get notified when they put out new content : pretty effortless if you ask me. I'm sure it's very worth if you consider the thousands of people who listen to the music afterwards and the revenue this generates to them. Revenue that doesn't go into the hands of the artist who made said music.
TL;DR - Bassel is just wondering whether or not the artist make money off of this, or if they are okay with "simply getting more popular". A genuine question which doesn't deserve to be insulted.
