Your right. When’s the last time we had a top 5 head coach in the league? Everyone wants to talk about players and talent. But that is not the problem. You put Shanahan or Lafluer as head coach instead of McCarthy we would have gotten to an NFC championship by now.

I don't understand why we don't start doing more motion. We did it last year after getting prison-graped by the cardinals and the 9ers, and became one of the top offenses (but for some reason abandoned it against every peer level team we played😅). We need 70% motion in these games, not the 5-10% we inexplicably reverted back to.

Why does McCarthy run Deuce up the middle as if he's a bruiser?????? Why can't we use him in the passing game against linebackers. Wes Welker made a career out of breaking linebackers ankles in the passing game. Brady loved hitting Welker on a 5 yard pass right in the middle. Why this dumb ass coach doesn't realize he has the same thing with Deuce just baffles me.
One very big difference is. One team had Brady, one has Dak. Brady has a bunch of rings. Dak cant win a playoff game. Dak is a very overpaid average QB. 💩

I do not like seeing our players arguing amongst each other cause that just causes more chaos between them. Just like Dak said look in the mirror and fix yourselves to do better and be better. The Time is now we have to come together and get our heads together. Or we are cooked. DC4LIFE 💙. Coaches, hopefully try to see to it that your players are on the same page. This team isn’t really trying to win. Mike McCarthy just isn’t willing to be creative. The defense lacks discipline amongst the veterans, not just the rookies. There’s just nothing here.
Jerry hires coaches based on personality first then credentials.
These coaches are ruining Deuce Vaughn’s career by running him between the tackles as opposed to getting him in space against a linebacker. That’s his strength.

Green Bay fan here. Voch just described why GB got rid of McCarthy for Lafleur. There was no creativity, everything was on the shoulders of the QB, asking WR to get open no scheme. Teams know what you’re doing and all is on the QB. We didn’t run the ball well also because it’s never an emphasis. Mike loves to throw the ball and will live and die with it. However in this era unless you’re Peyton Manning or prime Aaron Rodgers this ain’t how you win. It’s time for Dallas to move on and get a coach who knows the modern game.

How is a coach that didn’t get a contract renewed and coaching the final year of that contract on the hot seat?
I believe what they are experiencing is more what happens when the coach doesn’t have the support of the front office by not getting an extension. The players are looking like they are quitting on Mike.

Great show. However the problem is voch keep talking about these new coaches when only one new coach won a superbowl. Mcvay. Out of the last 15 or 20 years I can only think of one. That's Mcvay. Voch sounds like he wants something pretty but no rings. The 49ners do have a superbowl. Miami doesn't, Cincinnati doesn't, new orleans with the new coordinator hasn't. The superbowls have been won by great coaches with great qbs for the most part. I think voch is beating around the bush and just won't say that dak is not going to win a superbowl. I just doesn’t make sense that McCarthy and the Coaches don’t watch game film of upcoming opponents to try to expose a teams weaknesses against a given opponent’s player… this is the tech age, wake up, and watch the film the plays McCarthy is calling are predictable and not going with what works and exposing the opponents weak areas…
The Cowboys could use the Voch & Bryan team as a consultant team to raise questions to the coaches and make some suggestions.
It starts up front we have Steele to protect in pass pro. We have 2 rookies to help and Martin is not consistent anymore. We are depending on a rookie T.E. to block more. From the D.L. to the secondary we need to be playing disciplined TEAM ball for 60min. Like last yr as the yr goes if the O.L comes together and the defense plays disciplined TEAM ball we should come around and hopefully make the playoffs. Dowdle and Luepke behind a consistent line will be a good tandem.

What was Jerry thinking when he way overspent on Dak and Lamb? He made 2 very average players some of the highest paid players in the league. Why??? These guys crack under pressure and adversity.
