Hey : ) Thanks so much for watching. It’s interesting, I was hoping to show some kind of stain removal, but everything came about and was removed nicely purely by stripping and sanding. You’ll notice at 1:57 I mention all the stains came out by simply removing the finish. We had to sand some areas a little more vigorously but yeah, the removal of the discolouration is actually documented 😀😀 FYI a nice way to remove stains is to use a liquid sugar soap, followed by oxalic acid. Apply the sugar soap quite wet, wipe it down with a rag and while it is still damp, hit it with the oxalic acid.
Jamie, you're so good at what you do!
Thanks Peeejj, you’re always such a darling!
I love watching furniture restoration! Hoping to see more!
Thanks so much! We will keep them coming : )
I like it very much. Nice job with the hardware, BTW!
Thanks so much! Hardware is always a time consuming task, so thank you for noticing 😂🙌
It would be nice to see more details about your process. I was hoping to see you removed thd discoloration
