Hi Angge. I also got Avascular necrosis on both hips. I can feel your pain when I watch your last video before surgery. Last year month of May I had same surgery like yours. But last November I had to go hip replacement na. Today I am walking na without pain. I pray that yours will be successful. God is indeed so Good and he is a healing God🙏❤

It wasn’t easy, there were times I have to ask why it happened to me. I’m so glad that God strengthened me. It was a long journey, having two lots of surgery in 1 year was hard. But I’m so glad that after my hip replacement I am now walking without pain. I’m wishing that your daughter will soon be walking, in Jesus name. Amen🙏♥️
ganyan din ako simula CS meron na sumasakit sa likod ng hips lower back pain may time na hirap na hirap akong tumayo ng straight naka baluktot at nakayuko ako maglakad pero nawawala nman after 1 week minsan lang talaga trigger ganun yong hirapan tumayo ..pero yong sakit hindi na nawawala lifetime na ata to tapos mr ko pa sanhi nito kaya ako na cs due to ectopic pregnancy wala na siya sumakabilang bahay sila ng other woman niya living together sila may anak ..kami kasal civil marriage living alone here
Just when I think I’ve seen the most heartwarming episode, here comes another that just warms my heart. The love, care, affection, and simple joys this family give each other and experience with one another is truly admirable. Why I include them in my prayers - good health, good times for the Homan family. Amila is loved. So many good learnings both mom and dad share with their daughter. She’s not even 2 but the way she communicates is quite advanced. Impressive study time with mama. Angelica, bravo with that book!!! You’re so patient to put that all together then to spend time with Amila to get her cognitive skills going. Ang bilis mag-isip ni baby girl. To Gregg - bravo for your creativity and patience. You guys could have easily bought a swing set (which is just fine) but you made one yourself plus bonus monkey bars. As you said, when you saw your little girl enjoying it - worth it!!! To bring out her sense of adventure, yay! From her now favorite swing and monkey bars at home to your time zone playtime - her laughter is priceless. I just love how mama and dada take the time to explain to her (lightning and thunder) and how there’s a much better alternative to tantrums and crying for things. Bravo!!! I’ve already watched this episode 4x. Too rich with parenthood learnings. Good to know everything’s okay after the storm too. Masaya makita ang mga kasambahay, the house pets, and of course. Angge, I saw you really doing great … Here in North America, after the hip surgery the next day patients is asked to do exercises asap. When using your walker, try to walk normally but …. try not to put too much weight where you had an operation . The moment you open your eyes, you could start doing exercises while in bed ,and there’s a proper ways of getting up/ out of your bed. The hospital should have mentioned to you about having / hiring a physical therapist who would exercise with you regularly for an hour. Kegel exercises is very important, inhale/ exhale, toes and legs exercises and most importantly start walking and try not to shuffle your foot . I wish I could be of help to you because I’m a certified Recreation Facilitator here in Canada …

How lucky is this little girl to have such loving and doting parents. I bet this will be one of her core memories, her Dad building her a swing in the yard. I believe in my core that children who’ve had a good childhood or at least have good relationship with their parents will most likely turn out to be good citizens.
