    people take a look at how few road signs there are ....now there is some stupid rd sign every 20 ft

    love this video, my parents live down links drive now and moved there 1983 on the stretch just at the end of the video, did you live down that road too?

      I do remenber be gone with some friends of mine at Solihull close to Birmingham, in September 1979. We were coming from Brighton, and I don't remenber what motorway that we had to take , M1 , M5 ?? . At that time , I didn't drive yet ! . Forgive me my English, I know,it is not very pertinent !

      Thank you for putting up this film - so ordinary but so different 40+ years on. I was living in Solihull at this time and it brings back memories - so quiet and uncrowded.
