Thanks, Ethan. Get tip. But I already have burn marks that I need to remove w/o altering the profile.

That second buffer plastic fence is a brilliant idea. Saved having to measure the router fence twice, especially if you have multiple pieces to profile 👍

It is eh! I learned that a number of years ago at a woodshow. I always thought it was smart.
      Thanks for watching Bill!

Great tip, thanks for the info! Is it best to speed up the router to as fast as itll go? And would it be same for wood/resin hybrid pieces? Thanks!

Thanks, I used the technique with a hand held compact router, taking a little at a time- no burn!

How can you do multiple passes like that with a hand/palm router?

I feel like such a donk - I'm sure I was taught that a slow pass is better for burn (a lack of). Next time I'm taking that last pass, I'm whipping the sucker across. Cheers, boss!

I can't do this with a cross cut, cut specially with 2 1/4 radius. I tried slowing it down, faster and pulling back and forward again and still burning. helppppppppppppppppppp lol

Your cutter is dull and needs sharpening.
