That second buffer plastic fence is a brilliant idea. Saved having to measure the router fence twice, especially if you have multiple pieces to profile 👍

I can't do this with a cross cut, cut specially with 2 1/4 radius. I tried slowing it down, faster and pulling back and forward again and still burning. helppppppppppppppppppp lol

Thanks, I used the technique with a hand held compact router, taking a little at a time- no burn!

Your cutter is dull and needs sharpening.
