Might be a dumb question but do u find that the powder is a less expensive way to make the shirts vs using the liquid inks or is it just a preference... or can you only do certain techniques with powder vs liquid inks (I'm just learning at this point, im actually a cup maker)
Hi! The use of powder is more expensive way than using the liquid inks. The difference between powder and liquid, powder makes your work faster because you'll just directly put the powder and then ice, and results, that's it, but that is expensive unlike liquid, cheaper but difficult to use because the process of applying color is one by one.
The RIT dye is not fabric reactive. But specific dyes that you buy for tie-dye or fabric reactive and so you wanna make the fabric more reactive by adding the soda. After that you can apply liquid dye but the fabric reactive type, or you can use powders with ice

It's okay but more okay if you used 100% cotton because if you use 80% cotton the result is less brighter than 100% cotton
