    In today's video friends we are doing my winter gym routine! I am so excited to share this workout with you and show you an amazing way of starting an amazing routine for yourself in the gym!
    This workout is not hard and you can do it at your pace and your level to make it yours. All that matters is that we are working on our health and we are moving our bodies daily!
    THE WORKOUT:
    cardio:
    10-20 minutes of cardio (my preference is a mile run at a 1% incline and then a cool down walk) you can do a walk/run or a 12-3-30.
    lifting:
    3x10 tricep extensions
    3x10 bicep curls
    3x10 shoulder press
    3x10 row
    3x10 chest press
    3x10 seated leg curls
    3x10 leg extention
    abs:
    3x10 abdominal crunch
    3x10 kettle bell obliques
    3x10 around the world
    bonus torso rotation
