@@SamvedIyer True and I'm aware that Rexy might not have such a deep connection to the human characters, like Blue has and I am also aware that she didn't have any altruistic motivations when she "saved" Grant and Ellie or when she fought the Indominus Rex. However, we shouldn’t say that none of the characters would care if Rexy died.
Your theory is very good. But remember that in Jurassic World/Park, the gaps in the DNA sequence have to be filled with the DNA of other animals. this may change their appearance and traits. This is the main reason why Raptors in the movies are a lot bigger than in real life and its also the reason why most dinosaurs don't have feathers. this is a trait all dinosaurs in the moves have, including Rexy. Rexy was born roughly about 30 years ago, but even though a real T-rex is only known to live for 30 years, a cloned T-rex that shares DNA with other animals and is modified is known to live for about 100 years or so. This is proved by Zia in the JW: FK movie in which she says "Its impossible if we consider the max lifespan of a clone in completely different environment". Then she says that if she is taken care probably she is going to live for 100 years. That means that if nobody kills Rexy, she will probably pass away in 2090. To be clear its only if she doesn't get killed, because most animals in the wild never get to there max lifespan before being killed by another predator. In the case of Rexy, she doesn't have any actual threat except for the new Giganotosaurus in Jurassic World Dominion. If you are still confused on how the lifespan thing works, its something like in Jurassic World Evolution In which depending on what DNA you put on each gap, things like the lifespan, aggression, and social change. This also explains why the Mosasaur is 3 times bigger than what it is in real life. In my opinion, Rexy is very likely to survive Dominion because she will not die of old age and because how the only thing that stopped her from killing the Indominus was its long hands, a Giganotosaurus wont be that big of a threat, and even less with blue and the gang on her side. The only one I am worried about is blue, because she has a 50/50 chance of surviving Dominion.
Perhaps it was a case of parthenogenesis, this has been known to happen to reptiles in the absence of Males in the environment. The young one could have died at some point, or perhaps it was a case of false pregnancy (sometimes turtles crawl up on the beach and build a nest instinctively thinking they have eggs to lay, even if they don't)
It seems most likely that she was making her paddock into a proper sleeping area, now that she has full access to the island again, she was able to establish a larger and more comfortable rest area. I like the idea of some of the or a male T-rex being brought over to the island. But, with the events of Fallen Kingdom, if there was one, he or they are most likely gone the way of their ancestors as Cenozoic Non-avian Dino Fossils. And considering a fair number of Dino Dna sequences are still floating about after Fallen Kingdom, it is possible that someone may have the idea of cloning one as a pet or for some other reason.
Some reptiles are able to reproduce without the presence of a other one animal of the same species. For example a gekko species but even the king cobra has recently proven to be capable of that. But, I think Rexy is just rediscovering her territory and building a nest to feel secure.
one thing we have to remember is that all the dinosaurs created in this universe are hybrids, even though people don't like though people don't like to call them that. And just as the raptors can change gender because of their frog dna, there are other current species that can reproduce by themselves. If Rexy has some of those creatures in her it's not improbable in this universe for her to have babies on her own. HOWEVER. Story-wise. I don't think they would do that. If Rexy has babies, they are going to be adorable and we will be rooting for them, despite them being predators. I doubt a kids show is going to show us cute babies and have them die off or be killed. Which would HAVE to happen, either during the volcano eruption or by other means before hand because we don't see babies in Fallen Kingdom. Or...I suppose she could lay eggs and something eats them. Not QUITE as sad. Heh...just trying to logic it out. Though I would LOVE to see baby t-rexes.
She probably had a nest in her paddock that she now wants nothing to do with bc she feeling trapped in there i guess so shes building one some where else.

I think there's a second T-Rex on Isla Nublar. Maybe InGen transported a Male T-Rex to Isla Nublar for Jurassic World but was not shown to the public. There were several dinosaurs that were part of Jurassic World but were not shown to the public (like the Allosaurus, Carnotaurus (including Toro), Sinoceratops, Baryonyx, etc). Maybe the Male T-Rex (or any T-Rex) could be one of those dinosaurs. I would love to see a Male t-Rex (or any T-Rex) in Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous Season 3 (or in future seasons if the writers want to make more).
Probably just for comfort reasons. Many animals build nests just out of that reason rather than raising their young. And as much as we know rexy is the only t rex on nublar
I mean why would they save some dinosaur who is going to die soon. Also, why would they give a whole dialogue to Zia regarding how she is still alive. So, I am under the impression that she will survive in this movie🔥
Because she’s the only known Alive Rex. That’s why they’d save her. Zia gives a whole dialogue because it was an example of animals living in a habitat thats altered to human needs to scare Franklin more. The Rex, being born in 1989ish, has taken multiple battle damage and sedatives and been put in a coma, survived multiple storms and had inconsistent diet and health care? That’s not supporting the Rex any way. It’s clear that a sacrifice of either Blue or Rexy can happen. The odds are 50/50
@@AnwarulYaseen She could have, we just didn’t see her do much besides causing havoc and hunting, she also might not have been gravid during the time we saw her in the first movie
As dinosaurs are actually similar to birds as said in the films but more like reptiles said in the films, then technically Rexy xould have made a nest to lay eggs but as there is no male to fertilize them they would become void. (this happens in nature with a lot of bird, reptile and amphibian creatures).
Rexy's too old to have baby Rexes at this point, I reckon. And, in FK there doesn't appear to be any babies on the island. Just Rexy. But this is an interesting theory nonetheless.
@Jurassic Hero Yeah, I was only saying I _thought_ she was, not that she actually was 'cuz she isn't. But I think Spielberg and Trevorrow are gonna keep Rexy alive for a lil' while longer so hopefully we don't have to worry about her dying any time soon.
@@theeternal1766 well long story short, I slept at my girlfriends place, she had a small stomachache and her brother immediately asked “is she pregnant” And that happened this morning
Heres a idea: During the creation of the Tyrannosaurus Rex (rexy) before the first park opened, John Hammond decided to put Asexual genes in Rexy that way possibly once the park could be home to a baby rex, that way children could get a closer look at a carnivourus dinosaur. If this rexy is the same one from JP, or a child that was given birth sometime between JP2 and JP3 (such as the juvenial from JP2), she could be getting ready to give birth before she dies. Ty for reading all of this!
I know I'm probably not the first person to speculate this...But it is really likely that Roberta is just gonna lay unfertilized eggs and that she may even eat them. At least that's what turtles do. But if that is the case: Does she know the eggs are empty and will never hatch? Or does she believe they will actually hatch? And if she turns out to be in fact pregnant then both scenarios have given me an idea of what could happen in season 3. What if E750 messes with her nest and eats the eggs she lays? I mean, could you imagine that? If the eggs turn out to be fertilized then she would actually lose her offspring for real. But if they are not and she doesn't know that, then it is gonna be as gut-punching. But that is just a theory on my end. And she probably is just making her paddock cozier.
I feel like Rexy won’t die off but I’m not sure about that because she was the first Tyrannosaurus rex ever in the Jurassic park/world franchise. But there’s a high chance of Rexy having a baby in dominion just saying that because Swrve explained how blue is going to have a baby in dominion.
I have heared that the evolution of Claire indeed got another raptor on the island. What happened to it? Was it killed after its attack? This could be a great followup story as to why Blue was searching for another raptor at the end of Jurassic World or in Camp Cretaceous where she was clearly looking for something.
Again, in that book JW:FK survival guide they state that Rexy is the only T. rex that they know of on the island... yeah Swrve can u plz do a vid on that book
Well since E750 has escaped what if E750 is actually a T-Rex that was modified. So they basically made Rexy lay an egg and then modified the embryo inside. It makes sense since she literally made a nest just as E750 escapes.
Is Rexy Pregnant? This is such a tabloid journalism headline, surely this Nublar star has the right to her privacy, who she meets and what she gets up to once the park is closed is surely her own business right? ;P
I don't think so. Blue, Charlie, Delta and Echo are also the last 4 of their kind, along with Rexy and Mosy, The Mosasaurus. It is known that the other raptors died on Isla Nublar by unknown causes before the volcanic eruption. Since 2004 all the dinosaurs including Velociraptors from Isla Sorna have transported to Isla Nublar for the opening of Jurassic World.
Hi I think I can answer this! With a lot of reptiles and birds, even without having eggs, they make nests, they usually do this when it’s mating season for them or just as place to rest in general. To put it simply is some snakes lay eggs that aren’t even fertile, or a more uh,, interesting., theory,,, some species will keep uh, genes, shall we say, given by a male and will keep it stored for a while until it’s needed, but ut that wouldn’t make sense if she was hatched from an egg, so..
What if Dr Wu noteced that she was getting old and found a way to get Rexy pregnant, so they would have another T-rex soon and would also call more people for the park. Imagine how much advertisement they would make with the baby Rex and how much toys Jurassic World would sell
Personally, I think that Rexy has passed away and the T-Rex in Jurassic World is a new one. There was a mated pair of T-Rexes with a baby in Jurassic Park 3. It makes sense to me that Rexy would have died by now. She was the original, so her genetics might not have been stable. We don’t know how long the dinosaurs live in Jurassic Park/World.
I would note that mammals ovulate even when they don't get pregnant and chickens still lay eggs even if the eggs aren't fertilized. Isn't it possible that Rexy might still lay eggs as well even if she doesn't have a mate?
I think that the T-Rex on Isla Sorna is a male T-Rex (Unknown Name) the one that battled the Spino and Rexy was still on the Island but she was far away
@@tildisrabarberblad9816 cool that could be the case... I do want to know what happened to the Baby rex. I do know that he wasn't the rex killed in JP3
There are some fish, amphibians, reptiles and less commonly birds that reproduce through parthenogenesis. With Rexy having different things spliced into her genetically maybe she gained that ability.
what i know is that all the phenomena of the jurassic field will be reflected in the domain of the jurassic world, if they are showing that Rexy is making a nest, it indicates that something similar will happen in the film, some animals do not need males or females and all Jurassic fans know this, but it doesn't have to be specifically the DNA of frogs, but it can also be from reptiles or SEXUAL fish.
@Swrve it’s not a nest it’s probably a lair where she sleeps and stores her kills because if you look at it the area it’s the same setup as her enclosure in Jurassic world
It would be stupid to kill off Rexie in dominion as she was the first ever T.Rex that we ever got to see on the big screen and if they do this I think that we would be so very sad and displeased like that time Spino killed Rexo in JP3.
Nostalgia: rexie is a lot of fan’s favorite Dino in the entire franchise. Just killing it off would upset many fans.if they get to choose whether rexie lives or dies, many fans would tell them to make her by live. If you were a fan a the original t.Rex from 1993, wouldn’t you be so very upset.
I would love to see Nother Rex on the screen and if Rexy dies Big up roar( Pun) but we got a Rex that all a Jurassic movie need but rexy will always be my Rex and the worlds Rex
In the first Jurassic Park movie, Dr. Grant states that they used frog DNA to fill in the gaps in the gene sequence. This gave the animals the ability to change their sex and reproduce asexually. This is how the doctor grant found the eggs and was able to have this conversation with the kids. Rexy may or may not be pregnant, but she certainly has the ability.
They need to be in surrounded by the same gender in order to change gender. Rexy is alone. She is also already female Not only that, but she does not have the monitor lizard DNA to impregnate herself
Menopause is actually quite a rare phenomenon. From what I understand, there's only a handful, or so, of animals where the females go through it. I don't think there's any species where males survive past reproductive age, though. Seems a difficult thing to study - especially in the wild. What do I know? I'm just a nerd
Okay? But tree frog DNA can’t just make an animal pregnant. It needs fertilisation. Tree Frog DNA only changes Gender in a single sex environment which Rexy is not in

Few years back an anaconda at the New England Aquarium had given birth without been exposed to a male in its entire life time. And I keep birds some time back I had a female bird who used to lay eggs without a male being with her the eggs used to be infertile but she used to lay. What if one of these two cases is going on with Rexy???
Rexy doesn't need a male, Remember when Alan Grant found eggs shells in Jurassic Park and said that they can shift from male to female , instant to instant so they can reproduce asexually.
Rexy is the t rexs from the first film and we know from that film they used frog dna to fill the gaps in dna witch makes her asexal like the rapters in the first film witch are breeding with out park staff knowing
Frog DNA has no affect here. She can’t change gender because she is NOT in a single sex environment like the Raptors were. She also cannot fertilise her own ovaries as she doesn’t have the correct DNA to do so. This plays no affect.
No way Park 1 was an utter fiasco due to the dinosaurs able to breed and multiple. Now that is known about the frogs that DNA wouldn't be used ever again. 2. That would mean humans would control the population and ive only seen 1 T-Rex in the tv series and movie. That's possibly that 1 might be more then enough. Rexy could be nesting just to be more comfy in her new chosen territory. After all she is an animal and even through dinos are extinct they still are animals with instincts

True and I'm aware that Rexy might not have such a deep connection to the human characters, like Blue has and I am also aware that she didn't have any altruistic motivations when she "saved" Grant and Ellie or when she fought the Indominus Rex.
Good theory
You mean 1%. Geckos don't reproduce as
one thing we have to remember is that all the dinosaurs created in this universe are hybrids, even though people don't like though people don't like to call them that.
It’s always awesome when you post
She probably had a nest in her paddock that she now wants nothing to do with bc she feeling trapped in there i guess so shes building one some where else.
But she is still nesting in her paddock.
There was a Spino toy. That makes me think that at the start of season 4 they will be on Isla Sorna and then Dave and Roxie will come to Nublar .
I theorised that they make a raft and then the storm rolls up. The wind turns them in the direction of Isla Sorna and that’s where they meet the spino
@@zephyrusthegreat1518
Fingers crossed that Isla Sorna does make a return. I want to see the TLW Tyrannosaur Family and the TLW Velociraptors make a comeback so bad.
So the Jp3 spino is most likely dead. Because of all of the mutating hormones causing the juvenile spino to become a massive superhybrid. It most likely died a young age because of Cancer.
@@WhyTho525 I'd be waiting for that too, I have my doubts though since the parents would be really old but at least we'd get to see the baby all grown up.
There is no males on Isla nublar they prevented breeding by this from Jurassic Park and Jurassic World
Probably just for comfort reasons.
The odds are 50/50
@@SwrveYT the JP franchise wouldn’t do that because Colin even said they wouldn’t do that cuz of the backlash they released on JP3.
They’ll somehow make rexy survive or make him lay a egg dying because if they kill the T. rex off they’re risking their profit tbh
@@mentalmanager-g7h her. Rexy is a female.
I mean, many (if not all) egg laying animals often/sometimes lay infertile eggs and do nesting behavior.

@@AnwarulYaseen I think Rexy in the first movie is still a teenager and cannot yet reproduce on her own
She looked so adorable building that nest
As dinosaurs are actually similar to birds as said in the films but more like reptiles said in the films, then technically Rexy xould have made a nest to lay eggs but as there is no male to fertilize them they would become void. (this happens in nature with a lot of bird, reptile and amphibian creatures).

Rexy's too old to have baby Rexes at this point, I reckon. And, in FK there doesn't appear to be any babies on the island. Just Rexy. But this is an interesting theory nonetheless.
Baby T. rex
@Jurassic Hero I wasn't saying Rexy'll die soon, I was just saying I think she's too old to reproduce.

We indeed need a young and strong rex
This is more interesting than 2 whole camp Cretaceous episodes
"when Rexy was moved over" Rexy was always on the island, ever since the first movie, she was only on Isla Sorna before the first movie.
This was a interesing theory, cause Rexy is so cool.
Also cause,Swvre is very cool.
U deserved more subcribers! 💦
Thanks for the video!! See you later!! Stay safe.😉
Again, in that book JW:FK survival guide they state that Rexy is the only T. rex that they know of on the island... yeah Swrve can u plz do a vid on that book
Is it canon?
99% percent sure it’s not fan fiction
Well since E750 has escaped what if E750 is actually a T-Rex that was modified. So they basically made Rexy lay an egg and then modified the embryo inside. It makes sense since she literally made a nest just as E750 escapes.
If Spino was boy, and now could Rexy have wanted to breed with her enmey I rex
Spino is called a she now, now we question the gender of the dinos

Indom killed the other raptors.
@@aspieotaku3580 I meant when they were all alive.
Jedva čekam šta će se desiti u sezoni 3.
Swerve search the channel Jurassic review he has two looks of e750/Scorpios Rex toy figures
You should follow my Twitter. It’s illegal to post content of that on TH-cam
Rexy is gonna be a mother 😊😊😊
Mabye we don’t know for sure all we need to do is wait and see what happens
@@blockboi206 true
Also the thermal vent incubation chamber.
also Swrve rexy can live for longer due to her genetics she can live up to about 50-60 years apparently so she still has around 19-29 years left

Pteranodon the ones from jp3
I think that the T-Rex on Isla Sorna is a male T-Rex (Unknown Name) the one that battled the Spino and Rexy was still on the Island but she was far away
real happiness
Same with modern birds. They still lay infertile eggs. They would still incubate it tho
She could have bread with a allo cuz if you think of modern animals they mix sometimes and a allo is almost like a rex too but smaller
Unless it's asexual reproduction, the father has to be the baby rex from JP2 (grown up of course).
I believe I saw that there may have been cases where komodo dragons have self-fertilized when other options are absent
I'm not first,
I'm not last,
But when Swrve uploads,
I click fast.
Good rhyme
Maybe, I dont know if she is pregnant though, considering that there is no other t rex on the island to mate with her.
Maybe unfertilized eggs, since a lot of birds do the same.
what i know is that all the phenomena of the jurassic field will be reflected in the domain of the jurassic world, if they are showing that Rexy is making a nest, it indicates that something similar will happen in the film, some animals do not need males or females and all Jurassic fans know this, but it doesn't have to be specifically the DNA of frogs, but it can also be from reptiles or SEXUAL fish.
@Swrve it’s not a nest it’s probably a lair where she sleeps and stores her kills because if you look at it the area it’s the same setup as her enclosure in Jurassic world
I love the vids
Remember Rexy can change her gender so like the raptors in jurassic park she could be doing that.
I was think that but I thought she was creating a lair to impress a male tyrannosaurus
It is said that there is another T. rex somewhere perhaps in Dan Diego park but I think it’s a make
It would be stupid to kill off Rexie in dominion as she was the first ever T.Rex that we ever got to see on the big screen and if they do this I think that we would be so very sad and displeased like that time Spino killed Rexo in JP3.
Care to explain why it’s stupid??
Nostalgia: rexie is a lot of fan’s favorite Dino in the entire franchise. Just killing it off would upset many fans.if they get to choose whether rexie lives or dies, many fans would tell them to make her by live. If you were a fan a the original t.Rex from 1993, wouldn’t you be so very upset.
As much as I would hate to see Rexy die, they can't have her as the only T-rex forever. They have to pass the torch to another T-rex.
Cause she's the female Tyrannosaurus from Walking With Dinosaurs.
I always thought rexy was cloning itself like some reptiles do when there is no males around.
Rexy is old, so I dont believe there will be some baby-rex (but hey that would be cool)
honestly maybe a bed of some sort is my guess
The nest has spiky wood not suitable for any Tyrannosaurus child they could hurt themself. Therefore she is just trying to make herself at home.
1:50 *insert Darius season 3 here* “some animals reproduce asexually”
What about the baby trex from the second movie? Maybe it was moved to the island and is now an adult.
She is also already female
Not only that, but she does not have the monitor lizard DNA to impregnate herself
Poor Rexy, her eggs are probably infertile and she'll be sad. :(

Okay? But tree frog DNA can’t just make an animal pregnant. It needs fertilisation. Tree Frog DNA only changes Gender in a single sex environment which Rexy is not in

Idk.... I mean they legit said she was building a lair.... But maybe u are right.
Dang it is Mossy pregnant
They never say what all the genes they used to make the dinos, some snakes can give birth without males around.
Rexy doesn't need a male, Remember when Alan Grant found eggs shells in Jurassic Park and said that they can shift from male to female , instant to instant so they can reproduce asexually.
Hey you know that picture in the main place that it’s the male T. rex. Maybe that is what is actually in the island
Are u telling me that a male Rex simped for Rexy
Omega 09 from game could appear?
Rexy is the t rexs from the first film and we know from that film they used frog dna to fill the gaps in dna witch makes her asexal like the rapters in the first film witch are breeding with out park staff knowing
Frog DNA has no affect here. She can’t change gender because she is NOT in a single sex environment like the Raptors were. She also cannot fertilise her own ovaries as she doesn’t have the correct DNA to do so. This plays no affect.
Ok the thing is rexy's original name is Roberta the same dinosaur who was the mate of bucky the t rex whose a male so its a possibility
