I am very disappointed with Landmarks Home. We lived in this house that was supposedly "fully furnished," but it was only that in name. The AC, despite being repaired and serviced three times in three years, never worked properly. The chairs, even after carpentry work, remained wobbly. The oven continued to make noise despite repairs. In the bathroom, opening the tap also activated the shower, and we were quoted 7k to fix this, which we declined since we were renting.
When we moved out a month ago, they deducted 15k from our deposit without providing any bill. I understand normal wear and tear, but this seems excessive, especially without any transparency. Throughout our stay, we had to cover additional expenses ourselves, such as buying a tubelight , fixing bathroom blockages , reparing electronic things and a new mattress because the one provided was dirty. No one was willing to repair these issues, and we bore the costs.
Do not deal with them.

Our team conducted a thorough inspection and noted several issues that needed attention, including strong odors attributed to your pet dog and general disorderliness throughout the premises.
As per your agreement with the Owner of the flat and the signed document, it is clearly stated that the apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was received, taking into account reasonable wear and tear. Given the circumstances observed during our inspection of the flat, we initially anticipated alongwith various discussions with the Owner regarding significant restoration costs, an estimated painting expense of ₹20,000 and an additional ₹5,000 for deep cleaning.
However, after careful consideration and subsequent discussions with the property owner, he agreed to reduce these costs significantly out of goodwill, understanding your situation and the need to facilitate a fair resolution. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. The Rs. 15,000 deducted has been done on behalf of the Owner and we at Landmark Homez are nowhere the beneficiary of that amount.
Please be aware that due to your lack of responsibility the owner was charged a penalty of Rs. 2000 due to garbage thrown outside on the floor on the day of vacating. (Screenshot will be shared to you via WhatsApp of the society penalty email to the owner)
For transparency, our sales team had provided you with a detailed breakdown of Rs. 15000/- of the deductions via WhatsApp, which you had acknowledged and approved. We strive to maintain clear communication and ensure all parties are informed throughout the process.

P.S. I am the same girl in the above video and I couldn't enter the Valentina flat on Day 1 for shooting due to the bad odour/stench and the utter shabbiness with which the flat was vacated.
