When you want to acualy lock someone in, you just need to trow a bom in a cel while it's opend and make it do like a beep thing so people go to see what it is . And then just close the door
Try to just walk into somebody and make them stumble into the cell, then you can try to close the door and lock them in there. Next you could try to drive that little RC Jumper through the vents or something and mess with them
If u wanted to lock some one else in a cell, u could get RC Jumper and insult someone till they follow ur RC jumper into a cell. Then switch back to marcus real quick and close the gate from behind them

you can buy boats but you can only get them in one place and they dont spawn very often after you leave it somewhere
