9/11 Twenty Years Later: Evolution

“The passion that firefighters have for the job and for the people they serve and for the people they work with is massive. I don't think people realize how much we care. They know we love the job. I don't think they understand how much we care about the bigger picture and the humanity of the occupation too.”
We honor those fallen firefighters who responded to the attacks and those lost due to illness after aiding the recovery and rescue mission at Ground Zero. We also show our gratitude to those firefighters who continue to show up and risk their lives by putting their communities first every day.
