amy benje no, Isaias fizzled out when it arrived in space coast to Daytona. No real rain, 45 MPH wind gusts. I was so relieved because I live in my van and had just shattered my rear windshield the day before so had to tape a poncho to repair it until I find a Honda Odyssey in salvage yard. I felt the hand of God protecting me. No, really!

As someone who has lived in the Caribbean all her life, people PLEASE do not go outside during a storm, cat 1, whatever, the wind may seem tame but if it blows off a piece of metal sheet or wood or palm, it could injure you. Similarly with flood waters, this could be dangerous for a number of reasons. It is better to be safe than sorry. Oh. Don't forget the limbs of trees and the toppling of weak or rotten trees, damaged power lines the risk of these are more common at this time.

Hello I guess maybe they haven’t been in a storm 🤷‍♀️. But anyway it is very unsafe and irresponsible to be out in such weather. I live in Puerto Rico and Isaias inundated many parts here peoples homes were destroyed. And it wasn’t even a hurricane. Nature, weather are not to be messing with but to respect. We went through Hurricane Maria and I don’t wish that on anyone. It was terrifying! Also these quakes that have been here in the south of the island let many with collapsed homes, businesses and schools. This Covid thing, explosions and well pretty much everything bad that’s happening just for me means we need to be closer to God. Cherish more the people we love because God only knows what our future holds. But that’s just my point of view.
