ASMR, the acronym doesn't matter so let's just relax. Whatever your reason for being here, whether by accident or on purpose, welcome.
Wearing headphones, earbuds, or just playing from the speakers on your phone? Don't be afraid to experiment with the listening experience! Typically you can find me in three situations when accessing ASMR content. To stay focused while blocking out the noise, I'll wear over-ear headphones at a low volume. The carefully constructed ambiance is a welcomed blessing in this busy world, helping me get the work done. Now listen... come close... if it's the spine tickling, brain buzzing, full-body tingle effect we're after, I'm reaching for the earbuds every time. They're small and fit inside the ear, making it easy to cozy up in bed, blissfully mixing into the sounds now bouncing around my head. Lately for casual listening, I've been playing the sounds straight from the phone's built-in speaker. It's a realistic and cozy effect laying in bed with nothing in my ears and just the sound coming from the speakers. If you have surround sound speakers in your bedroom, you're on another level and don't need my advice. From super high-quality assortments or low-fi sounds that bring you into the space, it's good to see you, glad to have you here and hope you enjoy.

ASMR in a foreign language I don't speak is basically inaudible whisper ASMR ❤😅
More Polish please! I used to listen to Soft Anna PL. Her Polish whispers were the best.

Hello, I'll tell you a little secret. I don't know, i really don't know, if I really know how to count in Polish. I speak and understand Polish just a little bit, but I don't remember when was the last time I counted in Polish. Was it in elementary school when I was little? I have never counted in Polish, 1, 2, 3, let's see how long I can count in Polish, and now, relax your mind, chill out, and I'll start counting. Here counting starts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... etc etc and here and there he said something like "and here needs to be 91" etc
He ended counting at 240
then he said
I know it's a bit weird number to stop at, but I am so sleepy right now, that I don't even know if I counted a single number in a right way. It's weird, because I thought, that I won't know how to count in Polish because I have probably never done this before. It was really easy because in Polish you read words the same way you spell them, so it's not complicated.

Your Polish whisper videos and your whisper counting videos have always been some of my FAVORITE ASMR videos! They kick my insomnia like nothing else.
