- I went back to @joannstores to see if they had any new Halloween and BOY DID THEY. I had to cut out the other thing I was going to do in this video because there was so much new stuff to see. There is A LOT of footage of what they had in store, so if that is not your thing feel free to jump to the 12:50 mark to see my haul and hear me talk about the collection. I have that motion sensor Raven🖤 I absolutely love him! He sits just outside my front door so that it goes off when anyone approaches.

LOVE the stain glass skull! I love skulls so this would definitely be a year round decor piece for me. I definitely do not need any more H’ween decorations. I have way more than I need to decorate one house with.

Listen folks: examine everything carefully this year. Shoddy paint, cracks, bad attachments, thin/cheaper resin from past years. Higher prices for cheapened goods is ridiculous. Do not just grab and go: look at the items before you put them in your cart. My store's items were ridiculous.
This one of the reasons I don’t really like to buy stuff from these stores online. You never really know what the quality is going to be like until you see it in person!
I’m absolutely in love with the resin sheet ghost holding the little light up pumpkin. My buyer is waiting for it to come online so she can get it for me over the pond in Scotland.👻👻👻
That’s so awesome that you live in Scotland! I went last year and it was absolutely my favorite place ever! I also really loved that ghost, but I just wasn’t sure where I would put it so I didn’t get it yet. But it was definitely one of the things I had my eye on!

Those prices are insane!! Are they kidding?? Are they priced artificially so they can put everything on "sale"? I'm just baffled.
That is 100% what it is. Everything basically goes on sale 40% off almost immediately so they are adjusting for that by making the original price higher. That’s why I never buy anything there unless I have some kind of coupon!

Honestly all their decor is expensive to start because it almost immediately goes on sale. I try to never buy things there unless they are on sale and I have coupons.

I LOVED THIS VIDEO 🎃👻💀🦇 But let’s be honest - everything’s price with the 40% off is the ACTUAL retail price. I feel like Joann’s knows Halloween enthusiasts will pay whatever price they initially list with an “early discount”.
Last year their stuff was ok but I didn’t see anything move off the shelves until their discount was 50-60% off.
In a way some people are willing to wait. But I also feel like Joanns shouldn’t be trying to take advantage of its customers like this. 😕 I feel like I’ll be stuck in a waiting game. Do I get what I want now or wait and get it cheaper - with the possibility of it running out of stock before then? That’s the question.
Oh yeah, for sure! And it’s not just Joanns, Michaels is like that too. I try to only buy the things that I really want the most at first, when like you said it is basically regular price, and then maybe I will go back and buy more once it is more on sale.
There were a few times when I thought “that’s not too bad” for the price but phew. I dont know if it would be a good idea for me to step in there. I wouldn’t have any control 🤩🤣

Yeah, every now and then you get something that is reasonably priced, but a lot of the stuff is so ridiculous until it goes into like the 60% sale or more.

Those outrageous tags. Doesnt surprise me one single nut though.i beleive they mark those proces so high bc theyre constantly doing 25-90% off deals. Just got to keep am eye on the sales. And wow i seen a tag already fpr 40% in this walk through. Crazy since theyre just stocking those floors with those Halloween items 😂 I whole heartily think this is exactly why my towna Joann's shut down this past January. Nobody in their right minds is going to buy items this high without sale tags. I must say I really liked their ghosts this year. Loved every one of them. I do meed to go to the mext town over and try to get my hands on one of the candy bowls you showed bc theyre all ADORABLE! Favorite was the ghost holding onto the black bowl but I'd be happy with any of those. Ive loved the mosaic moon pieces,bats and that big orange transparent pumpkin. Ohhh and that bat mirror was cute too. Anything themed the same around the mosaic though I'm in love with. Nice Walk through 👌🏻((ps. Your solar light is too cute to ne oitside girly 😊Your skull is 🤯🔥love it!!! Crazy nc I've seen these Halloween Joann walkthroughs and that skull hasent ever been on their site. 🤔 Maybe an employee would know something on that issue. ))
I liked all the ghosts too! And anything with bats is always a win for me. And yeah they definitely intentionally make the prices high because they know everything is basically instantly going to be on sale. But even with the initial 40% off some stuff is still pretty high. I am definitely waiting on some things and hoping they will still be there when it goes to 60% off.

They shut down my Joann's in my Hobby Lobby non spooky town in Western Colorado. I was so upset...... I figured I'd just run to Grand Junction or order online......I've been eyeballing the Oval black eyeball collage picture since last year and it's not showing up in the app at all. I'm so frustrated at the moment. That stained glass look skull and the outside stuff is also not showing up in the app. *Loud Frustrated Scream*
My condolences, lol. I do feel bad for folks who live in areas without great shopping. I live in a city with two Targets, located on the same road, one mile apart. We also have three Dollar Tree stores on that same road, one every mile. People just don’t want to go out their way. Sheesh!
