I want a downstairs laundry it can get a little taxing taking laundry up and down steps however if there was ever any leaks or floods it’s best to have it on the first level.
Not to big or small easy to keep up fantastic family and kitchen area I had to look at it twice that what I would call that a mini 1M and up home .Not one to tell people how to do their business but bro you should get limited number of t-shirts with , get your life together , man you can't eat your cake first , and KABOOM . I catch myself saying all of them .

The laundry room should be where the master bedroom is (either upstairs or downstairs). I would prefer two laundry room though.
