He's lucky? No. He's talented enough that's why the trainees themselves trust him to stay on I-LAND from Ep 1, and be the backbone of their vocal performances. It isn't his fault that he has an average to above average dance skills and a superb singing skill that the trainees thenselves trust and chose him to be their strong vocalist and to stay on I-LAND. You can say someone is better than him, but that's all subjective, that's on you. Geonu is still the backbone of the vocal performances and the I-LAND trainees trust so much, since EP 1. Learn to praise your fave without downgrading others.
He volunteered for the sake of their performance and teamwork. I swear whoever will debut from this group must have Taeyong's personality. But still hoping he can make it. He was amazing from this performace. Hope to see more of his skills.

Personally here's my top 10 (excuse me SORRY, it's just my opinion) 1. Heesung as a leader (his charisma is on another level, he has some of leader vibes, and he is praised them all like a leader hyung) 2. Jungwon as lead vocal/ lead dancer (i like his tone and the way he dance it was very smooth, i also think he can be a center too? he got it all) 3. Geonu as main vocal (stable king! his voice is really unique just WOW) 4. Jay as a rapper (he got that voice and vibes, I really like the way he thinks, he is very mature. He has very strong mentality ) 5. Sunoo as a happy pills (ahaha i love him so much, he is very cute. We need someone like him in every bg right? His facial expression is on another level for 10 month traines. ) 6. Jake as a dancer/ visual (i like the way he moves, it was very sharp and detailed for 9 month traines. Honestly if Sunghoon doesn't debut I'm throwing hands. Like what the mentors had said he's a natural at performing and he's not even at his limit like he has so much potential. I couldnt agree more with you... Last episode i didnt see K's dance potential much coz it seems like everyone was saying that niki is the best dancer.. But this performance just showed that K is really a good dancer! Probably even better than Niki
Of i wasn't mistaken, K is the guy that bang pd said in the ep 1 that he can do more in his performance thay day thinking that it must be because he's nervous. And now i really see it
my top 12 so far 1. sunghoon - duh he's so perfect 2. heeseung - obviously no need to explain 3. jake - mehn i fell inlove the first time i saw him 4. sunoo - he is too cute especially on stage! 5. geonu - mehn his vocals are no joke! 6. jungwon - his voice is so unique i just love it 7. seon - love his vocaalss 8. daniel - such a talented person 9. youngbin - not many people notice him but i just love him idk whyy 10. kei - mehn he got the moveess 11. jay - i love him being passionate to achieve his dream 12. still not sure,, its either niki or taki or the others that i haven't mentioned yet,,, im still looking for some improvements,, lets see in their next "fire" performance this friday but so far these top 11 are my surely pick and i hope it wont change :)
Seems they've basically confirmed Geonu is gonna be the main vocal at this point, which is fully deserved. He stood out in the Into the I-Land' performance and they automatically gave the most difficult vocal line to him today. I don't think he'll ever leave I-land at this point, which probably gives him a high chance of debuting alongside Heeseung.
He can be like jimin or jin as lead vocalist but his voice is not suiting for the entire song.. i mean.. main vocal needs to have a very good soothing attractive voice like jungkook. (My personal preferences)
Im actually confident he’ll get in. The judges praises were high, most of the i landers are also very attached to him (everybody be really wanting to get close to him) and almost every viewers will definitely vote for him to debut. He’s got such a high chance!

I didn't even like K before, but man, he owned it! He was the best here! And Geonu vocals are always perfect!! Heesung was a great center too! Jungwon wasn't as strong here as in the signal song but he is still my pick. Sunghoon is always sunghoon, smooth!! And, although I'm not into cute, Sunoo is so fun to watch, and you can see that he has talent and can improve quickly. I'm just sad for Jay...
praise Geonu for his vocals, Sunoo for his duality, Heesung for stage presence. Actually all of them did a great job. Taeyong's vocals is so distinctive and Taki's cuteness OMG. Sunghoon is such a natural performer, like he's doing it everyday. K is so precious, makes me want to call him "Appa" too. Huahh K and Taki (Father and son). Hhahaa Actually it's so hard to pick 12 biases because all of them are really good at the first place. Haha cant wait for next week 😂

My new top 12, I mark with ⭐️ the ones I'm sure I want in the debut group: 1. Heeseung ⭐️ • He's my bias. He’s suitable as the leader too, since everyone seems to depend on him as he’s the Ace. He listen to advices & criticism, always try to improve where he lacks or if he made a mistake, he voice his opinion and try to include everyone. His performance was outstanding, he’s perfect as center! He deserve to debut! 2. Sunghoon ⭐️ • He's an idol already, his performance is on point, his charisma & aura are amazing, he's also good in the team. To sum up, he can debut easy, he doesn't lack anywhere. 3. Jungwon ⭐️ • His vocal, facial expressions & dance are on point. From the first performance I knew he was the one with the highest score, as he was obviously the best. Even tho’ here he kinda mess up his “fly” during the choreography (wasn’t impressive as it was supposed to be) his performance overall was good, he’s so natural and comfortable on stage. 4. Daniel ⭐️ • His performance in the previous episode was so good, he easily draw the attention with his aura. That’s a shame he’s been dropped out despite having the second best score. He has so much qualities, he’s really good in a team, seeing how caring & polite he is with the trainees. That's really important in teamwork, you have to understand, listen, trust & respect the others. He better comeback because he's my future maknae in the final group! 5. Sunoo ⭐️ • I already knew he will comeback, his performances are so entertaining, he has multiple facial expressions, when he’s on stage, he really shine. This episode made me see more of his personality and he just so adorable. Definitely a favorite in this competition. 6. Jay ⭐️ • He has the best character, he's really made to entertain. He's also a great performer and never gives up, his determination is incredible and really inspiring. The way he took the lead in the Ground, take all the criticism of Rain and worked harder than anyone, to make it in I-LAND, you just want to support him and see him make it. 7. Jake ⭐️ • I love his energy and eyes on stage, even though it shows on his face when he messed up & being stressed out, he looked troubled but he still looked cool. That’s how gift he is, he’s so charismatic that you can still enjoy his performance. He still needs to improve his stage presence for him to be more confident, he just needs some guidance. I see his big potential, so I think it would be a waste to not debut him. 8. Geonu • I got to realize in the previous episode that his voice stand out the most and his vocals are not joke. Despite not liking his character at the beginning, I know he deserve to be in the top 12. He's talented enough, he has my favorite voice so far and I started to like him now, definitely main vocal material! 9. Taeyong • I didn’t know him so I’m glad he went to I-LAND. His voice is great and his hard work paid off. I felt bad and was really touched when he said he was glad to have a important role in the choreography, as he was always stepped on. He’s so nice and great at teamwork, gave him a massage now and his place in top 12. 10. K • His performance really impressed me: his dance, charisma, visual... everything was perfect. He really showcase his skills and potential here, he can be easily in the top 12 if he’s still go on like this. 11. Yoonwon • I didn’t know him too so honestly I didn’t expect his performance to this good, as he seems so shy. But the facial expressions he served me while performing “Fire” were just so good, it took me by surprise, the duality of this kid! He’s really focus and hardworking, love the moment he comforts Heeseung & cheer him up. He’s definitely a good candidate for top 12. 12. Hanbin • He's so talented! I think the biggest obstacle for him is the language, his dance is obviously on point & his charisma is great too. The way he helped everyone in the Ground to learn the choreography, he’s one of the biggest reasons the Ground has a better ambiance. Now with the newcomers, we didn’t get to see him much but despite the language barrier, I'm sure he can progress even more and wait for him to go to I-LAND.
Geonu is so underrated tbh. He literally have vocal, dance and facial expression. He got very importants in this perf in both vocal positions and dance. You can see is the one who holding the others why they have to do the arcobatic moves. Yet his vocal is still so stable.
Ikr :) but he's pretty famous in Korea, and the most famous among Korean male fans. International fans are really into visuals or tall men, which is pretty disappointing. But I'm sure Geonu is in majority's Top 12
Heesung, Sunoo, K, and Geonu really stand out in this performance. I mean, their vocal and stage presence are insane! Their vocals are stable and amazing~

청량해서라기보다는 이곡에서 알엠이나 슈가 태형이같은 목소리가 없어서 곡이 뜬거 같은게 불같이 강하고 안정되게 안들림... 특히 슈가의 술취한 동네 일진오빠 바이브가 일품인데 ㅋㅋㅋ 그런 느낌을 누가 내기도 힘들고... 낫투데이 같은곡은 아마 더할듯.. 원래 방탄곡의 특별한점은 랩은 묵직하고 터프하게 보컬은 청량하게 부드럽게 때론 쨍하게 나가니 구분이 딱되서 지겹지않게 들림..
Reason why Heesung is a smart player : He noticed that if each individual of them got a higher score then their team average will also be higher. The higher the individual score they get equals their team average is, because it looks like the team average will be base on how high their individual scores are. Thus much fewer members will be eliminated. Ps. I like taeyong vocals in this performance.
This time when Sunoo got my attention..! When I watch it for the first time I was like " Ohh he has deep voice and also dance well.. So interesting.. " And he became my bias until now 🥺❤I'm so proud of him
To be honest, I’ve waited for something much more cooler than this, because it’s FIRE - the legendary song that needs a lot of stage presence, charisma and energy to be executed greatly. The formations and positions looked kinda messy to me, also some of them lacked energy which made this performance a little bit boring to watch. But I’m not hating on them, I understand that they’re still learning and improving themselves on this show :3 Also, about who captured my attention and I think did very well on this performance: 1) Heeseung - this boy is ready to debut, he literally CRUSHED this stage with his charisma. + liked his facial expressions the most 2) K - did he ate the CD to breakfast? because he sounded so good and stable 3) Sunoo - I didn’t expected this kind of SERVE. his facial expressions, vocals and confidence on stage were so gooood *cheff’s kiss*. I’m so happy he got out of Ground. 4) Jungwon - boy been serving vocals from the day 1 i knew he will do great 5) Sunghoon - always giving his best everytime, i have nothing to say 6) Taki - he’s baby but killing the game with his charisma and capturing mentor’s and our hearts Oh shit how I forgot about Geonu 7) Geonu - he did so well! i think he will never experience Ground life, because his vocals are THAT good
You’re right, formations and positions were messy compared to debuted idols but this was extremely impressive given the fact that they only had 6 days to prepare this stage.
This was a really good teamwork not like the previous performance and more people had their time to shine Who I personally want to debut : Heesung, Geono, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, K, Jungwoo and Daniel. I also love the others of course but for the moment they are the ones that catched my eyes
k has always been stable with his vocals then. now he improved even more and not just the vocals so yes K YOU DID A GREAT JOB!! i think he’s in the top 3 for this performance

Seems they've basically confirmed Geonu is gonna be the main vocal at this point, which is fully deserved. He stood out in the Into the I-Land' performance and they automatically gave the most difficult vocal line to him today. I don't think he'll ever leave I-land at this point, which probably gives him a high chance of debuting alongside Heeseung.
Geonu is probs a great vocalist and he can reach very high notes, but i personally don’t rlly love his singing voice and it’s just my own taste
If Geonu and Jungwon make the final lineup they’ll probably be the two main vocalist of the group. Just based of their performances.
He can be like jimin or jin as lead vocalist but his voice is not suiting for the entire song.. i mean.. main vocal needs to have a very good soothing attractive voice like jungkook. (My personal preferences)

I didn't even like K before, but man, he owned it! He was the best here! And Geonu vocals are always perfect!! Heesung was a great center too! Jungwon wasn't as strong here as in the signal song but he is still my pick. Sunghoon is always sunghoon, smooth!! And, although I'm not into cute, Sunoo is so fun to watch, and you can see that he has talent and can improve quickly. I'm just sad for Jay...

• He's my bias. He’s suitable as the leader too, since everyone seems to depend on him as he’s the Ace. He listen to advices & criticism, always try to improve where he lacks or if he made a mistake, he voice his opinion and try to include everyone. His performance was outstanding, he’s perfect as center! He deserve to debut!
2. Sunghoon ⭐️
• He's an idol already, his performance is on point, his charisma & aura are amazing, he's also good in the team. To sum up, he can debut easy, he doesn't lack anywhere.
3. Jungwon ⭐️
• His vocal, facial expressions & dance are on point. From the first performance I knew he was the one with the highest score, as he was obviously the best. Even tho’ here he kinda mess up his “fly” during the choreography (wasn’t impressive as it was supposed to be) his performance overall was good, he’s so natural and comfortable on stage.
4. Daniel ⭐️
• His performance in the previous episode was so good, he easily draw the attention with his aura. That’s a shame he’s been dropped out despite having the second best score. He has so much qualities, he’s really good in a team, seeing how caring & polite he is with the trainees. That's really important in teamwork, you have to understand, listen, trust & respect the others. He better comeback because he's my future maknae in the final group!
5. Sunoo ⭐️
• I already knew he will comeback, his performances are so entertaining, he has multiple facial expressions, when he’s on stage, he really shine. This episode made me see more of his personality and he just so adorable. Definitely a favorite in this competition.
6. Jay ⭐️
• He has the best character, he's really made to entertain. He's also a great performer and never gives up, his determination is incredible and really inspiring. The way he took the lead in the Ground, take all the criticism of Rain and worked harder than anyone, to make it in I-LAND, you just want to support him and see him make it.
7. Jake ⭐️
• I love his energy and eyes on stage, even though it shows on his face when he messed up & being stressed out, he looked troubled but he still looked cool. That’s how gift he is, he’s so charismatic that you can still enjoy his performance. He still needs to improve his stage presence for him to be more confident, he just needs some guidance. I see his big potential, so I think it would be a waste to not debut him.
8. Geonu
• I got to realize in the previous episode that his voice stand out the most and his vocals are not joke. Despite not liking his character at the beginning, I know he deserve to be in the top 12. He's talented enough, he has my favorite voice so far and I started to like him now, definitely main vocal material!
9. Taeyong
• I didn’t know him so I’m glad he went to I-LAND. His voice is great and his hard work paid off. I felt bad and was really touched when he said he was glad to have a important role in the choreography, as he was always stepped on. He’s so nice and great at teamwork, gave him a massage now and his place in top 12.
10. K
• His performance really impressed me: his dance, charisma, visual... everything was perfect. He really showcase his skills and potential here, he can be easily in the top 12 if he’s still go on like this.
11. Yoonwon
• I didn’t know him too so honestly I didn’t expect his performance to this good, as he seems so shy. But the facial expressions he served me while performing “Fire” were just so good, it took me by surprise, the duality of this kid! He’s really focus and hardworking, love the moment he comforts Heeseung & cheer him up. He’s definitely a good candidate for top 12.
12. Hanbin
• He's so talented! I think the biggest obstacle for him is the language, his dance is obviously on point & his charisma is great too. The way he helped everyone in the Ground to learn the choreography, he’s one of the biggest reasons the Ground has a better ambiance. Now with the newcomers, we didn’t get to see him much but despite the language barrier, I'm sure he can progress even more and wait for him to go to I-LAND.
I can't get over the fact that Daniel,jake and jay are to the ground,I really hope that they will come back😭

Geonu is so underrated tbh. He literally have vocal, dance and facial expression. He got very importants in this perf in both vocal positions and dance. You can see is the one who holding the others why they have to do the arcobatic moves. Yet his vocal is still so stable.
Ikr :) but he's pretty famous in Korea, and the most famous among Korean male fans. International fans are really into visuals or tall men, which is pretty disappointing. But I'm sure Geonu is in majority's Top 12

デビューした７人の姿は今でも新しい姿を見れるけど、デビュー出来なかったKは昔の動画を見ることしか出来ないのが悲しい。でも本当にKの存在感って凄い！Kが居るのと居ないのでは全然違う。Kには華があってステージ全体がグレードUPされるというか…。特にヒスンとKが絡む場面は、このステージに限らず最高にかっこよくなって好きだったな。2人が絡むことによっておこる化学反応が本当に魅力的だったと思うのは私だけ？

The higher the individual score they get equals their team average is, because it looks like the team average will be base on how high their individual scores are. To be honest, I’ve waited for something much more cooler than this, because it’s FIRE - the legendary song that needs a lot of stage presence, charisma and energy to be executed greatly.
The formations and positions looked kinda messy to me, also some of them lacked energy which made this performance a little bit boring to watch. But I’m not hating on them, I understand that they’re still learning and improving themselves on this show :3
Also, about who captured my attention and I think did very well on this performance:
1) Heeseung - this boy is ready to debut, he literally CRUSHED this stage with his charisma. + liked his facial expressions the most
2) K - did he ate the CD to breakfast? because he sounded so good and stable
3) Sunoo - I didn’t expected this kind of SERVE. his facial expressions, vocals and confidence on stage were so gooood *cheff’s kiss*. I’m so happy he got out of Ground.
4) Jungwon - boy been serving vocals from the day 1 i knew he will do great
5) Sunghoon - always giving his best everytime, i have nothing to say
6) Taki - he’s baby but killing the game with his charisma and capturing mentor’s and our hearts

7) Geonu - he did so well! i think he will never experience Ground life, because his vocals are THAT good

Hello i’m here re-watching all iland performance bcs i fckin miss k already🥺🤧. Whenever i see him my eyes are full of tears..like WHY???? WHY HIM??? i cannot believe what excaly heppend yesterday. Pls bring k back, or make sure that he’ll debut soon or i’m going to burn mnet. He doesn’t perform like traniee, he perform like a PROFESIONAL IDOL 🌏.

I did not expect Sunoo to kill me with his duality todayyyy! He for real did that omg, he’s so talented and already has good facial expressions with only 10 months of training ! He’s so cute, but also very talented and I hope he debuts :) he gives me really good energy and his attitude is literally so uplifting to see Sunoo fighting! 🤍💜
