1:47:31 being lactose intolerance and having a dairy allergy are two completely different things so to break it down simply when you're lactose intolerance your body can't digest lactose(a sugar found in milk) because it lacks the needed enzyme but lactose is mostly found in milk and a lot of the cheese we eat today does not have it or have a very little amount of it since it gets fermented during the process of cheese making so people who are lactose intolerant can eat cheese but it still depend on the severity of their case while dairy allergy is an immune reaction where the body is sensitive to (most likely) the protein in the milk (called casien) and since this protein stay intact in cheeses and cream people with dairy allergy still can't eat them
