a very big fan of hoon I love how he describer the differences because the two games despite being 5v5 mob they're very different lolwr is objective and skirmish oriented with bigger map and slower gameplay while ml is rotation and teamfight oriented with smaller map and a faster gameplay you don't need to hate one so you can love the other just play your favorite
I play ML for 3yrs in the past for some reason that i want a LoL in mobile im not gonna deny it was fun in the first but when i already reach MG i started to lose the thrill and the reason is im not a casual gamer for me fun comes with a challenge if a game is too easy, for me it's not worth winning.
Riot already announced that there will be social features in future patches. There are a handful of things found in the Chinese Version of WR which does not exist yet in the global version.
@Arif W. its lol not bang bang. Lol has role pref feature, thats why it takes extra times to find match. From 3k match that ive played, i never experience long que lol. My que is average between 30 s to 5 minutes. Not more than that
I honestly think Wild Rift is the superior game in almost every aspect despite me playing ML for the past few years and getting to the highest rank in nearly every season. However, I still play ML more regularly, purely because matchmaking is so much faster. And that's because ML has a much larger playerbase owing to the fact that the game has been out for years before wild rift. Another problem is that it's really hard to get into wild rift. Especially in low elo, there's this weird dichotomy where half the players don't even know what the dragon buffs do whereas the other half have grinded to diamond or higher on PC and are basically smurfing on wild rift. So the outcome of a game can be dictated entirely by your noob:smurf ratio. And that's really frustrating to say the least.
Wild rift on the other hand has really balanced heroes. got master yi fed? No problem just stun him and bring over a bruiser! Oh jinx got fed? No prob just use a tank. It all comes down to strategies and how you use your champions, while ml is just pure chaos and it's only a matter of who has the more p2w set.
THANKYOU, I know of LOL but didn't know of WR until arcane came out. Then I saw this ML game, looked into the previews and was like "so it's like WR?" But it had so much more people liking it more so I was confused as to how people like ML more than WR after I played both games.
Well for me back then I always wanted to try my hands on League PC but I had neither decent PC to play nor internet connection, I was just a kid growing up in a small town...when MLBB came out it was a compromise to try my hands at MOBA with my potato smartphone back then. Now time has passed and things are getting better for me. I have the means to play LoL PC but I dont have the time anymore. Glad that Wild Rift is out, I can try my hands on a game I always wanted to try. Riot delivered LoL in mobile quite well....I am honestly really happy that I can finally play some League. Despite the setbacks and lacks of some aspects on Wild Rift I really like the game, I hope the WR dev will try their best to catch up with their peers. Contrary to what some people said MLBB has some good points that WR needs to emulate and vice versa. I hope Wild Rift will keep growing
they made an add here in thailand about the ult of Ezreal getting penta with his Ult but after a few months woke up and started to que and almost 47 minutes later i finally had a match but i really enjoy the game the que in mobile is like "youre mythic glory? your teammates are mythic 5 and mythic 3 :D and your enemies?... ALL MYTHICAL GLORY 1k POINTS" fun game non the less but 99% of the time you have to carry to win
In ML I would just spam Ruby until I got Mythical Glory and Top 100 Ruby for a time. It wasnt a challenge anymore once I understood the match ups.I moved from ML to Wild Rift because it just feels like there are always nothing else to ban. The same 6 heroes to ban over and over in every meta. Also role selection isnt a thing so I would always get people fighting its annoying. In Wild Rift I knew role selection would be a thing so got into learning every champ and role since I wont be getting my role every game and loved it. I can mid, br, adc, support and jungle whenever I can.
Hanzo is hard to play? I think u are living on different dimension one off the easiast Assassin in ml after saber and Karina playing him is hard when u are playing solo and playing on mythical glory rank where people know how to counter pic grand master to mythic easy run if u played enough game with hanzo

And you always need to take care of your real body, while you are killing with your soul. It's like looking to your left with your left eye and to your right with your right eye

To play him you must have a good map Awarness, your farm should be fast and caredul on draft pick especially of your 1 or 2nd picker for not having some counters . With some Nerf, PJ1 and PJ2 his kind dead know ah yes there's also bugs with him like you can't free your self from Silvanna's ult while your demonic Blood Is running out.

i play mlbb since 2016 and i enjoyed it with my friends, gets several senior titles on some heroes and also joined several tournaments but now i gets bored cuz i lost the challenging environment year after years i reach MG but thanks to wr now i have new game although i lost my friend which still like ml but it's okay
Kagura main here, i also quit ml to move to rift, rift is newer, they focused more on gameplay, ml already had years into patching their gameplay and yet its still just carry or not win. Rift has objectives and because skills are longer cooldown, the chances of 1v5 is actually quite low. The main reason ud lose in ml is cuz ur team doesnt have aces, in rift. Its because you have enouch cc to shut down any ace if you remember too. Rift has guilds now/introducing ingame streaming/smurf queue and because every death matters, people play generally better than ml

In ML, Tank can be jungler, dude. Even in World Championship, pro player use that Tank Jungler. A lack of knowledge of you on ML is a legitimate reason to say that your judgement is heavily biased.

Most ML pro players are either Dota or Lol players. Dota is even harder than lol because of its items and while recalling you take few seconds to heal up . ML is so easy compared to these two legends.
@Rehman Rohan First of all Dota isn't a game it's a map created in a game called warcraft. Second, people in making dota agreed to help LoL to be a standalone MOBA. Third, Mechanics and gameplay wise are different for Dota and LOL For example High grounds and low grounds, runes on river, denying exp, pet carrier, etc is one of the seen difference on dota while on the other hand LOL, bush, wards, dr, plants that does bomb and vision, etc.

Wild Rift is the best thing to ever happen to mobile gaming! I finally have a good mobile game to play forever. I was playing shooters all the time (PUBG, COD, Fortnite), but they get boring for me... MOBA is my absolute favorite genre in gaming. I used to play LoL PC a lot from 2011-2015, but quit after my PC broke, plus I can't play in PC anymore, I hate it. So I always wished LoL made a mobile version and when they finally did in 2021, my dream came true! I did play MLBB for a year in 2020. Kinda similar to LoL, but still it's no LoL at all. I also like watching Hoon on Twitch. Glad his dream of having LoL on mobile also became real with WR!
@@Shazzgaming shooters bore me. I used to love them as a kid in the 90s and 00s. But Apex Legends doesn't have a mobile version, otherwise I would have tried it. Maybe Apex is better than COD, PUBG and Fortnite.
I think what hoon meant with "champions/heroes are slow" in wild rift is that some champs (especially mages) don't have mobility in a map that is twice as bug as MLBB. However, these mages trade mobility with burst potential which is an option when composing a team. So, team composition can be considered about 50% of the game and the rest is up to the players
@@sleepyhead9472 because it was intended to be like that. slower cd for skills because you have to be careful to use your skill with timely precision. ex: you can't use ult right before objectives about to summon, it'd be a waste if needed in teamfights for dragon or herald, because if you mess up, you have to wait about 80-100 seconds before it'll be available again. in WR you have to think before you use skills. in ML you dont need to think carefully to use it carelessly because the CD is shorter. there's less room for error in WR, it's more punishing.

Yep in mobile but LOL have lots of fans so it's not a problem. I myself switch to LOL becoz I have been playing this game from 2011. MLBB is fun but no challenging as LOL you can't 1v5 or or 2v5 all matters your strategies and your teammates skill to counter the enemies heroes with good planning. Sorry my English is not good

The main problem people have with wr is that it's too slow paced while ml matches can last as low as 10 minutes if your team is fed properly. Ml just gives that good fast paced and casual vibe.
I feel like if wild rift came with both phone and pc then it will blow up apparently I spend hundreds of dollars on ml and then there's wild ift that gives you a choice and randoms of free stuff and it's challenging.
I have been wanting to play league for years and finally I can play it.. I enjoy it a lot. I like ML but dude, Everytime when I'm a little bit better, people will say Im cheating. Evnen my team said that to me... Sad
The emblem system irritate me so much as an ex ml player 😭 in lol wr it's about outplaying your opponent in teamfight but in ml it's about outpaying your opponent

The emblem system is fantastic to prevent constant smurf accounts. It’s also a grinding feature where even f2p players can max it if you’re good enough. Skins barely gives any significant bonus stat.
It’s the same for me. I knew about lol but sense I didn’t have a computer for me to play on, one of the games that was somewhat similar to it would be mlbb also sense it was popular back then. Once I heard that wild rift would come out I was so ready to play it and drop ml because of the the whole copyright thing. I honestly prefer league over ml because everything just made sense to me ml was a bit hard for me to understand how to properly play even after playing for years but it could be just me.
The Graphics, Map design, Chanpion design and game Mechanics is what lure me to Wild Rift. Fog of War, Wards, Items on Base. Proper laning. Things I always wanted on Mlbb
I stop playing mlbb for a year, and have to comeback cuz our university requires us to participate in an event of some sort, and they are doing an mlbb tourna, so I played once again.... And everythings just seems to move waaaay quicker😂😆... I main support in both game, and I ended up carrying my team as a support cuz the map are so small and the hero are so fast... My khufra are literally everywhere, which pressure the enemy by a lot😂 and after that.... Uninstall the game and play lolwr again😆
That's how you play MLBB, you play a very OP broken hero to the point you got bored because of lack of challenge and very forgiving mistakes you make there.
In ML, the faster you tap with your right thumb, the more pro you think you are. I feel WR is more “tap with purpose” kind of game. I think it’s funny tapping the attack button and tapping the buy item at the same time.

I play both regularly, if i want to just turn my brain off and have fun i play ml, but if i want a longer game i play WR. But i have to admit, the player base of WR is dwindling and matchmaking sucks for people like me who don't like ranked much. I think one of the reasons it isn't getting enough players (other than ml being the biggest mobile MOBA) WR looks uninviting to newcomers unlike ML where you can get good at it easily.

@@scoutsleftnut13 Matchmaking isn't bad at all, they literally give you roles so that you won't fight with your teammates for the same champ, because hating your teammate in the first place means you have a bad teaming strategy which is literally the one thing you need to avoid to win the game. Also, in normal pvp they match you with a player near the same level as you wether you have the same rank or not, but match you a player the same rank whether you have same level in rank fights. Well but, hey, that just proves how challenging WR is. It does not baby sit your little baby fingers, Riot just give you a good quality game. MLBB is the first MOBA game i think, which gave it the advantage to be this popular, well, given the fact that we are in a pandemic, stay at home, and most people does have access on mobile than computers, of course. Typically, that's also the reason why riot joined in MOBA, so that it's loyal players can play lol even without computers... especially Asians, who plays in public Computers shops.
As a player of the two Mobile MOBA, both have their pros and cons, which means they fill each other's parts. I understand that mobile legends has a bigger community, aside from ots early debut, its gameplay is a lot more convenient and easier compared to wild rift's complicated mechanics. On the contrary, what's engrossing about wild rift is that, its complicated mechanics and different style of gameplay makes you want to become strategic when playing a match, plus the role system makes it a lot better. When it comes to the community, honestly speaking, the ML community is a lot more toxic and sometimes abusive to players, in Wild Rift, there's not much players that I encountered where they curse at new/noob players. Overall both games are great, but personally, I like wild rift better. It is the only game wherein I started learning the map, the champion mechanics, and the entire strategy when playing a match.
I know a lot of people hate the Emblem system but it's actually a nice anti-smurf feature. Players will eventually max out those Emblems for free anyways. Never bothered me at all. Instead of the Emblem being Pay-to-Win, I treat it as Pay-to-Smurf.
The reason why emblem is a problem to me is because if your opponent's emblem is higher than yours they will easily have an advantage and if you want to try a new hero and if you don't have the right emblem it will be hard for you
@@frankiegrande31 Everyone has that same MINOR disadvantage at one point in their account's lifespan. It's not unfair and merely a temporary inconvenience. Easy smurfing is a bigger problem.
@@castler7272 smurfing has always been a problem but remember when you smurf you're against people that have low lvl emblems and smurfing waste so much time that it isn't even worth it the champions are also expensive so you can't really get past epic if you smurf unless you're really good at one hero.And having even a minor disadvantage can be huge if you think about it like people escaping with one hp and also for example if you are playing mages that has spam skills like Yve,ceci,Luo yi and other like that and your emblem is lvl not maxed it will be really huge during teamfights I really respect you for thinking about smurfs but to me this is a bigger problem
One thing to add, the main reason why i loved wild rift way more than ml is that support enchanters in wr are skill based champions, they are not basic like ml support heroes. Ml supp heroes are so basic that u just tap ur skill and it immediately have an effect on the map, there’s no timing no aim at all. Carmilla used to be my favorite ml support. Because her ult was skill based but they changed it into auto aim. And i hated it so bad that i quit playing carmilla.

Here's my take on the difference between ml and wildrift and why I think wildrift is better than ml. No hate I play both games it's just that ml should up their games cos ml is becoming worse and worse 1. Laning Phase: For me, laning phase is what differentiates the two games the most. There's a lot going on in laning phase and I will discuss it below. LAST HITTING (CREEP SCORE) While both games give gold even if you don't last hit minions, wildrift gives way less gold compared to ml. You can survive in ml without last hitting but missing a wave or two in wildrift and you're way behind already. Last hitting is very important especially for adc (mm carry) because it's the only way they can get gold in early game unlike assassins who suck at laning that they can get gold from ganks and roams instead. WAVE MANAGEMENT This is the biggest difference between ml and wildrift. Both have wave management but in wildrift, it's harder to control the wave since minions spawn faster than in ml. If you don't know what wave management is, it's the process of pushing, pulling and freezing the minion wave depending on the situation. Pushing is generally killing more minions more than your enemy. This way, the minions will be shoved under or near the enemy towers. Pulling is the opposite of pushing in which you kill minions less than your enemy so the wave will be shoved nearer your turret. This is helpful to avoid gank. Freezing is killing minions at the same rate of your enemy so the wave will be at the same position. In ml, most of the time, it's just fast wave clear so you can push or gank but in wildrift, pushing or fast wave clear is not always the case. You really need to read the situation first before pushing, pulling or freezing the minion wave. For me the most ideal wave management is by pulling the wave then freezing it just before the tower can reach the enemy minion wave. This way, you are safe under your tower while not risking your tower of getting pushed. In ml, you can literally fast clear the wave, roam, gank, take jungle and return to your lane without losing any minions since minions in ml spawn very slow. In wildrift, even just leaving to buy items should be planned carefully because leaving your lane without the wave getting shoved in the enemy turrets will be at your disadvantage because you'll lose a lot of gold, and worse, your turret will be destroyed. TRADING In ml, there's also trading. But what makes trading harder in wildrift is because of the aforementioned above. Aside from paying attention in last hitting the wave, aside from controlling the wave, you need to think about trading too. Trading is damaging the enemy more than you receive damage. This way, they are more susceptible to ganks and forcing them to go back in the base to heal means they will lose minions and golds which in turn will be at your advantage. 2. JUNGLING Again, both of them have junglers. The only difference is that, there's no proper jungling in ml compared to wildrift. Jungle in ml has improved a lot since last year or 2019 i think, but despite the numerous update in ML's jungling system, there's still no dedicated jungler role kn the game. In ml, you can even have two junglers. The assassin or core taking the buffs and the upper or lower neutrals while the mm can take the remaining neutrals. Jungle in ml is also very fast to clear that you can literally clear all the monsters in just 2 minutes. In wildrift, jungling is way more polished. First there's literally a dedicated jungler role. You can not just take smite (retri) in any champ and play him/her as jungler. Next, the neutrals are harder to kill so the jungler will be the only one to take those neutrals ( in early game). You cannot clear wave and take the neutral next to you like in ml. Third, there are more objectives in wildrift. We have 4 types of dragons, 4 kinds of elder dragon, rift herald and baron giving jungler role a proper responsibility. 3. Gameplay Champs in wildrift are more difficult. Aside from having 4 skills, wildrift also have two spells, boot enchantment. Micros in wildrift is more intense and difficult too. The only hero that I think is more difficult to play than the high skill champs in wildrift rn is fanny (wildrift fans will be triggered by this 😂). 5. Graphics While graphics is subjective, for me wildrift is way beyond in terms of graphics. 6. Skins and purchases Skins in wildrift are way cheaper. Max price of their ultimate skins (their flagship or best of the best skins) is 1325 wildcores or just $10 in my country (different regions I think have different wild cores pricing). ML skins, especially the time limited and the scamming "spin" skins costs $200+ not to mention the fact that spinning doesn't guarantee the skin of your choice. Events in wildrift give free champs, free recalls, emotes and many more. In ml while some events does give free skins, the most you can get are purple dust and ticket. Wildrift also have poro random chest which can be get once the chest if filled with enough poro energy. This random chest gives you the most terrible to the rarest skin. I was not able to get legendary skins yet but a lot of players already get legendary and ultimate skins from it. Poro coins and energy can be earned free for playing so if you're active, you can get poro random chest i think every 2 months? Which is not bad.
@@AchiB918 ML is fun for kids, but for adults it's boring. You can play without even thinking, just farm as much as possible and kill enemies. And I don't like easy games it's boring and the sense of accomplishment after a win is non existent. Well I don't think you'll get it since you seem to only play easy games.
Im a wild rift fan ,and it pissing me off that there's some edgy kids who's against social features bcuz they dont want wr to look like dating app.. like shut the f up!! that's like one of the most needed improvement on WR right now,cuz the game feels so lifeless ,even though the game has quite a lot of players

You are right my friend, Im no hater for any of the games, I like em both. But srly feels quite lonely WR without all those social features ML has implemente in the game.
In short mobile legend is more easier than wild rift. The complexity of WR is at another level. We need to spend atleast three or more months to get uesed to this game.
To me, the teamwork required to jungle epic monsters like the Rift Herald, Elemental Dragons and Baron Nashor in Wild Rift is an upside of the game itself. Unless you have like an AFKer or a feeder on your team. That wouldn't be fun. But there's less of that compared to the PC version.
Hyper carry meta should be nerfed a long time ago but sadly the devs and pro players encouraged it. In Lol/Wild Rift everyone has a critical role. Funnelling/Hyper Carry is also a strats tho, but not always.
The best thing is to go and try it yourself. Wildrift is amazing a true moba mechanically and practically demanding and challenging but above all fun to play.
Imagine if right after roasting both ML and WR, he straight up promote Pokemon Unite. Must be funny af.

I play ML for 3yrs in the past for some reason that i want a LoL in mobile im not gonna deny it was fun in the first but when i already reach MG i started to lose the thrill and the reason is im not a casual gamer for me fun comes with a challenge if a game is too easy, for me it's not worth winning.

I honestly think Wild Rift is the superior game in almost every aspect despite me playing ML for the past few years and getting to the highest rank in nearly every season. However, I still play ML more regularly, purely because matchmaking is so much faster. And that's because ML has a much larger playerbase owing to the fact that the game has been out for years before wild rift. Another problem is that it's really hard to get into wild rift. Especially in low elo, there's this weird dichotomy where half the players don't even know what the dragon buffs do whereas the other half have grinded to diamond or higher on PC and are basically smurfing on wild rift. So the outcome of a game can be dictated entirely by your noob:smurf ratio. And that's really frustrating to say the least.
ML has a broken meta and can't really balance their heroes well. Heck it's been years and roger's still very op.
Wild rift on the other hand has really balanced heroes. got master yi fed? No problem just stun him and bring over a bruiser! Oh jinx got fed? No prob just use a tank.
It all comes down to strategies and how you use your champions, while ml is just pure chaos and it's only a matter of who has the more p2w set.
THANKYOU, I know of LOL but didn't know of WR until arcane came out. Then I saw this ML game, looked into the previews and was like "so it's like WR?" But it had so much more people liking it more so I was confused as to how people like ML more than WR after I played both games.

Well for me back then I always wanted to try my hands on League PC but I had neither decent PC to play nor internet connection, I was just a kid growing up in a small town...when MLBB came out it was a compromise to try my hands at MOBA with my potato smartphone back then.
Now time has passed and things are getting better for me. I have the means to play LoL PC but I dont have the time anymore. Glad that Wild Rift is out, I can try my hands on a game I always wanted to try. Riot delivered LoL in mobile quite well....I am honestly really happy that I can finally play some League.
Despite the setbacks and lacks of some aspects on Wild Rift I really like the game, I hope the WR dev will try their best to catch up with their peers. Contrary to what some people said MLBB has some good points that WR needs to emulate and vice versa. I hope Wild Rift will keep growing

In ML I would just spam Ruby until I got Mythical Glory and Top 100 Ruby for a time. It wasnt a challenge anymore once I understood the match ups.I moved from ML to Wild Rift because it just feels like there are always nothing else to ban. The same 6 heroes to ban over and over in every meta. Also role selection isnt a thing so I would always get people fighting its annoying. In Wild Rift I knew role selection would be a thing so got into learning every champ and role since I wont be getting my role every game and loved it. I can mid, br, adc, support and jungle whenever I can.

Kagura main here, i also quit ml to move to rift, rift is newer, they focused more on gameplay, ml already had years into patching their gameplay and yet its still just carry or not win. Rift has objectives and because skills are longer cooldown, the chances of 1v5 is actually quite low.
The main reason ud lose in ml is cuz ur team doesnt have aces, in rift. Its because you have enouch cc to shut down any ace if you remember too.
Rift has guilds now/introducing ingame streaming/smurf queue and because every death matters, people play generally better than ml

Second, people in making dota agreed to help LoL to be a standalone MOBA.
Third, Mechanics and gameplay wise are different for Dota and LOL
For example High grounds and low grounds, runes on river, denying exp, pet carrier, etc is one of the seen difference on dota while on the other hand LOL, bush, wards, dr, plants that does bomb and vision, etc.

Wild Rift is the best thing to ever happen to mobile gaming! I finally have a good mobile game to play forever. I was playing shooters all the time (PUBG, COD, Fortnite), but they get boring for me... MOBA is my absolute favorite genre in gaming. I used to play LoL PC a lot from 2011-2015, but quit after my PC broke, plus I can't play in PC anymore, I hate it. So I always wished LoL made a mobile version and when they finally did in 2021, my dream came true! I did play MLBB for a year in 2020. Kinda similar to LoL, but still it's no LoL at all.
I also like watching Hoon on Twitch. Glad his dream of having LoL on mobile also became real with WR!

I think what hoon meant with "champions/heroes are slow" in wild rift is that some champs (especially mages) don't have mobility in a map that is twice as bug as MLBB. However, these mages trade mobility with burst potential which is an option when composing a team. So, team composition can be considered about 50% of the game and the rest is up to the players
Not really, the champions are slower in wildrift because eg auto attacks are slower cast times are a lot longer etc

@@sleepyhead9472 because it was intended to be like that. slower cd for skills because you have to be careful to use your skill with timely precision. ex: you can't use ult right before objectives about to summon, it'd be a waste if needed in teamfights for dragon or herald, because if you mess up, you have to wait about 80-100 seconds before it'll be available again.
in WR you have to think before you use skills. in ML you dont need to think carefully to use it carelessly because the CD is shorter. there's less room for error in WR, it's more punishing.
WR is just new. So the queue time,social features etc will be fixed soon.

The main problem people have with wr is that it's too slow paced while ml matches can last as low as 10 minutes if your team is fed properly. Ml just gives that good fast paced and casual vibe.

The emblem system is fantastic to prevent constant smurf accounts. It’s also a grinding feature where even f2p players can max it if you’re good enough. Skins barely gives any significant bonus stat.

It’s the same for me. I knew about lol but sense I didn’t have a computer for me to play on, one of the games that was somewhat similar to it would be mlbb also sense it was popular back then. Once I heard that wild rift would come out I was so ready to play it and drop ml because of the the whole copyright thing. I honestly prefer league over ml because everything just made sense to me ml was a bit hard for me to understand how to properly play even after playing for years but it could be just me.
The Graphics, Map design, Chanpion design and game Mechanics is what lure me to Wild Rift. Fog of War, Wards, Items on Base. Proper laning. Things I always wanted on Mlbb

And everythings just seems to move waaaay quicker😂😆... I main support in both game, and I ended up carrying my team as a support cuz the map are so small and the hero are so fast... My khufra are literally everywhere, which pressure the enemy by a lot😂 and after that.... Uninstall the game and play lolwr again😆

In ML, the faster you tap with your right thumb, the more pro you think you are. I feel WR is more “tap with purpose” kind of game. I think it’s funny tapping the attack button and tapping the buy item at the same time.

I play both regularly, if i want to just turn my brain off and have fun i play ml, but if i want a longer game i play WR. But i have to admit, the player base of WR is dwindling and matchmaking sucks for people like me who don't like ranked much. I think one of the reasons it isn't getting enough players (other than ml being the biggest mobile MOBA) WR looks uninviting to newcomers unlike ML where you can get good at it easily.

@@scoutsleftnut13 Matchmaking isn't bad at all, they literally give you roles so that you won't fight with your teammates for the same champ, because hating your teammate in the first place means you have a bad teaming strategy which is literally the one thing you need to avoid to win the game. Also, in normal pvp they match you with a player near the same level as you wether you have the same rank or not, but match you a player the same rank whether you have same level in rank fights. Well but, hey, that just proves how challenging WR is. It does not baby sit your little baby fingers, Riot just give you a good quality game. MLBB is the first MOBA game i think, which gave it the advantage to be this popular, well, given the fact that we are in a pandemic, stay at home, and most people does have access on mobile than computers, of course. Typically, that's also the reason why riot joined in MOBA, so that it's loyal players can play lol even without computers... especially Asians, who plays in public Computers shops.

As a player of the two Mobile MOBA, both have their pros and cons, which means they fill each other's parts. I understand that mobile legends has a bigger community, aside from ots early debut, its gameplay is a lot more convenient and easier compared to wild rift's complicated mechanics. On the contrary, what's engrossing about wild rift is that, its complicated mechanics and different style of gameplay makes you want to become strategic when playing a match, plus the role system makes it a lot better. When it comes to the community, honestly speaking, the ML community is a lot more toxic and sometimes abusive to players, in Wild Rift, there's not much players that I encountered where they curse at new/noob players. Overall both games are great, but personally, I like wild rift better. It is the only game wherein I started learning the map, the champion mechanics, and the entire strategy when playing a match.

I know a lot of people hate the Emblem system but it's actually a nice anti-smurf feature. Players will eventually max out those Emblems for free anyways. Never bothered me at all. Instead of the Emblem being Pay-to-Win, I treat it as Pay-to-Smurf.

The reason why emblem is a problem to me is because if your opponent's emblem is higher than yours they will easily have an advantage and if you want to try a new hero and if you don't have the right emblem it will be hard for you

@@castler7272 smurfing has always been a problem but remember when you smurf you're against people that have low lvl emblems and smurfing waste so much time that it isn't even worth it the champions are also expensive so you can't really get past epic if you smurf unless you're really good at one hero.And having even a minor disadvantage can be huge if you think about it like people escaping with one hp and also for example if you are playing mages that has spam skills like Yve,ceci,Luo yi and other like that and your emblem is lvl not maxed it will be really huge during teamfights I really respect you for thinking about smurfs but to me this is a bigger problem
One thing to add, the main reason why i loved wild rift way more than ml is that support enchanters in wr are skill based champions, they are not basic like ml support heroes. Ml supp heroes are so basic that u just tap ur skill and it immediately have an effect on the map, there’s no timing no aim at all. Carmilla used to be my favorite ml support. Because her ult was skill based but they changed it into auto aim. And i hated it so bad that i quit playing carmilla.

Here's my take on the difference between ml and wildrift and why I think wildrift is better than ml. No hate I play both games it's just that ml should up their games cos ml is becoming worse and worse
1. Laning Phase: For me, laning phase is what differentiates the two games the most. There's a lot going on in laning phase and I will discuss it below.
LAST HITTING (CREEP SCORE)
While both games give gold even if you don't last hit minions, wildrift gives way less gold compared to ml. You can survive in ml without last hitting but missing a wave or two in wildrift and you're way behind already. Last hitting is very important especially for adc (mm carry) because it's the only way they can get gold in early game unlike assassins who suck at laning that they can get gold from ganks and roams instead.
WAVE MANAGEMENT
This is the biggest difference between ml and wildrift. Both have wave management but in wildrift, it's harder to control the wave since minions spawn faster than in ml. If you don't know what wave management is, it's the process of pushing, pulling and freezing the minion wave depending on the situation. Pushing is generally killing more minions more than your enemy. This way, the minions will be shoved under or near the enemy towers. Pulling is the opposite of pushing in which you kill minions less than your enemy so the wave will be shoved nearer your turret. This is helpful to avoid gank. Freezing is killing minions at the same rate of your enemy so the wave will be at the same position. In ml, most of the time, it's just fast wave clear so you can push or gank but in wildrift, pushing or fast wave clear is not always the case. You really need to read the situation first before pushing, pulling or freezing the minion wave. For me the most ideal wave management is by pulling the wave then freezing it just before the tower can reach the enemy minion wave. This way, you are safe under your tower while not risking your tower of getting pushed. In ml, you can literally fast clear the wave, roam, gank, take jungle and return to your lane without losing any minions since minions in ml spawn very slow. In wildrift, even just leaving to buy items should be planned carefully because leaving your lane without the wave getting shoved in the enemy turrets will be at your disadvantage because you'll lose a lot of gold, and worse, your turret will be destroyed.
TRADING
In ml, there's also trading. But what makes trading harder in wildrift is because of the aforementioned above. Aside from paying attention in last hitting the wave, aside from controlling the wave, you need to think about trading too. Trading is damaging the enemy more than you receive damage. This way, they are more susceptible to ganks and forcing them to go back in the base to heal means they will lose minions and golds which in turn will be at your advantage.
2. JUNGLING
Again, both of them have junglers. The only difference is that, there's no proper jungling in ml compared to wildrift. Jungle in ml has improved a lot since last year or 2019 i think, but despite the numerous update in ML's jungling system, there's still no dedicated jungler role kn the game. In ml, you can even have two junglers. The assassin or core taking the buffs and the upper or lower neutrals while the mm can take the remaining neutrals. Jungle in ml is also very fast to clear that you can literally clear all the monsters in just 2 minutes.
In wildrift, jungling is way more polished. First there's literally a dedicated jungler role. You can not just take smite (retri) in any champ and play him/her as jungler. Next, the neutrals are harder to kill so the jungler will be the only one to take those neutrals ( in early game). You cannot clear wave and take the neutral next to you like in ml. Third, there are more objectives in wildrift. We have 4 types of dragons, 4 kinds of elder dragon, rift herald and baron giving jungler role a proper responsibility.
3. Gameplay
Champs in wildrift are more difficult. Aside from having 4 skills, wildrift also have two spells, boot enchantment. Micros in wildrift is more intense and difficult too. The only hero that I think is more difficult to play than the high skill champs in wildrift rn is fanny (wildrift fans will be triggered by this 😂).
5. Graphics
While graphics is subjective, for me wildrift is way beyond in terms of graphics.
6. Skins and purchases
Skins in wildrift are way cheaper. Max price of their ultimate skins (their flagship or best of the best skins) is 1325 wildcores or just $10 in my country (different regions I think have different wild cores pricing). ML skins, especially the time limited and the scamming "spin" skins costs $200+ not to mention the fact that spinning doesn't guarantee the skin of your choice. Events in wildrift give free champs, free recalls, emotes and many more. In ml while some events does give free skins, the most you can get are purple dust and ticket. Wildrift also have poro random chest which can be get once the chest if filled with enough poro energy. This random chest gives you the most terrible to the rarest skin. I was not able to get legendary skins yet but a lot of players already get legendary and ultimate skins from it. Poro coins and energy can be earned free for playing so if you're active, you can get poro random chest i think every 2 months? Which is not bad.

And I don't like easy games it's boring and the sense of accomplishment after a win is non existent. Well I don't think you'll get it since you seem to only play easy games.

You are right my friend, Im no hater for any of the games, I like em both. But srly feels quite lonely WR without all those social features ML has implemente in the game.
In short mobile legend is more easier than wild rift.
The complexity of WR is at another level. We need to spend atleast three or more months to get uesed to this game.

To me, the teamwork required to jungle epic monsters like the Rift Herald, Elemental Dragons and Baron Nashor in Wild Rift is an upside of the game itself. Unless you have like an AFKer or a feeder on your team. That wouldn't be fun. But there's less of that compared to the PC version.
Hyper carry meta should be nerfed a long time ago but sadly the devs and pro players encouraged it. In Lol/Wild Rift everyone has a critical role. Funnelling/Hyper Carry is also a strats tho, but not always.
