You know you are a virtuoso when you make playing guitar look easy when it absolutely not. Best young guitarist out there now. 🔥. He probably was born with 10,000 hours of practice under his belt already 😂
He came up grinding violin as a kid before switching to guitar. I can only imagine how much benefit there was to putting in hours playing a fretless instrument before switching to guitar as he got older...
This looks like a new finish on the TOD10. Looks pearlescent. I wonder if Ibanez is releasing new finishes for this signature soon. Tim did say in an interview that they were going to come out with new colors.
@@JerryLeeHowell2 He's said the reason he did that was there's so much going on with the "Tree of Death" fingerboard that he wanted to offset it with a super clean and simple guitar, basically it draws the eye to the inlay and contrasts well.

If you're suprised by this kind of playing, i strongly recommend you to check out his band Polyphia, but also Chon, Plini, Mateus Asato, Unprocessed (or just Manuel Gardner Fernandes). You would absolutely love them.
Is the high-gain voicing good enough for chugga-chugga metal? Or should I forget about this pickup for really heavy chugging, e.g. drop B Slipknot, Carcass, Machine Head stuff?

His DiMarzio Notorious set sounded much better.
Fishmans sound sterile and harsh, but I guess they pay big bucks to artists.
