Well my heart and mind are definitely not worshipping anything while doing yoga. But the poses, stretches and exercises are incredibly effective at building strength, increasing flexibility & muscle tone…I could go on and on. As long as I’m just exercising- I think it’s absolutely fine (and good!!!) to be doing!
