- In this clip Alexis is hypnotized to bark like a dog anytime she hears the word dog, but she'll also find herself becoming a puppy anytime she hears the word puppy as well.
This clip was taken from our second hypnosis session with Alexis. Each our clips is a short scene from a full hypnosis session, all reactions are real and unscripted.

I cant get hypnotized i tried listening to hypois etc and i bet if some tried face to face with me it still wouldn't work.
Face to face hypnosis with a good hypnotist is a much better experience compared to audio hypnosis sessions. That personal touch makes a world of difference.

The only people that can't be hypnotized are those that have a super low IQ. Like under 80. I find that listening to hypnosis tapes or vids doesn't really work well on me either. But I suspect that is more about the recording not connecting to me specifically. A great trick to getting hypnotized more easily though is to pretend you are going into hypnosis. Understand that your subconscious can't tell the difference between things like dreams or reality. It reacts the same way. Sort of like when you really get into a movie or video game, it triggers the same chemical responses in you as if it were real. So if you imagine you are going into hypnosis, it's personalized to exactly how your specific brain would do it, and therefore it doesn't matter if the recorded hypnotist matches to you. You're going to zonk out anyway. Does that make sense?

@@elainebenez1069 what I mean Elaine is if she were truly hypnotized, she would not be laughing unless it was suggested to her. Second, in her laughing she realizes she is making an ass of herself, and the subconscious mind will not allow that. You have to understand what a powder keg hypnosis is. Major surgery has been done without anesthesia, but the subconscious has safeguards that it will not allow to be broached. You can not make a person go against their morals in hypnosis, not in any of the three levels.
