No, it's not a dumb question at all. I also had no idea how it worked when I just started. But now, I can tell you that God has helped and blessed me until I no longer work 9 to 5. Yes, when you upload your interior and your cover to KDP, Amazon will then print out a physical copy and ship it to your customers.
