My baby girl wants to show everyone how to make New Mexico Salsa with fresh hatch chilies. She loves salsa

3-5 Hot or Extra Hot Hatch Chilies
1 Tbsp Salt add more for your tasting
1 Tbsp Pepper add more for your tasting
4 cloves of Garlic add more for your tasting
For chunky Blend for about 30 seconds on a high speed For a thinner salsa blend longer.
