Both bikes are sharing the same engine but there are only one difference is in their body one is semi feard and one is Naked sport and n250 is good for short height peoples and F250 is good for 6feet height people

I will suggest you just visit a Bajaj showroom and take test drive of both bike and choose that one which is more comfortable for you
