EAS Mock - An Unlikely Warning (READ DESC)

Hey all! I'm finally back with my first upload of 2025.
As you may have seen in the title, I wanted you to read the description, and here's why:
Back in August 2023, there was a powerful hurricane in the Pacific known as Hurricane Hilary that brought significant amounts of rainfall and wind to parts of Mexico's Pacific Coast, its Baja California peninsula, and Southern California when it made landfall as a tropical storm on August 20. While it only brought rain and wind like a usual tropical storm, I thought of this mock to answer the question - What if, under the perfect conditions, Hilary spawned severe weather, like a tornado? Absurd, I know, but hey, with EAS mocks and scenarios, it can be brought to reality. Lol.
