We are glad that you enjoyed the video! Padua's University is highly renowned as top-class, while the city is rich in history and close to other beautiful destinations in Veneto. We are sure you will have a great time while learning a lot of new things! We were planning to go back to Padua this year... Do you wish to see something in particular? If we do go, we could take some clips for you 😊 Let us know, and welcome to the channel!
@@LostInItaly heyyy! i will also move to Padova this fall for master's. I've been looking for Padova vlogs, and this has become the best video i've ever watched, i loved the vibe, people and the city of course. Could you please make a clip at afternoon like midnight to show the city also, and how people hang out etc. Thank you for your video it really is beautiful.
Hey! Thank you so much for the very nice words 😊 Hopefully our videos will inspire your trips around Italy during your stay here! As for your request, we would actually love to go back to Padova - in that case we will try to find the time to film Padova-by-night (we are struggling a bit with our works these days 🤯)!
I think this is one of the most beautiful cities in the world 🥺🥺🥺🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍 Is it like a "hidden gem"?! Not so many tourists like in Venice or Rome, right?! And who is the singer at 2:43?! Sounds beautiful!
Hi h0pesfall! Welcome to the channel 😊 Padua is indeed a stunning city, but it is not a "hidden" gem at all! It is a well renown destination for holidaymakers who wish to spend some relaxing days enjoying a laid-back lifestyle and some sophisticated Veneto cusine. It is also a cultural hotspot of Northern Italy and the city hosts one of the best universities in Italy. Still, it is not overwhelmed by mass tourism such as Venice and Rome, and you will have a great time there :) We don't know who the street artist is, but we do agree she has a great voice! Make sure to subscribe to the channel to have updates on true Italian hidden gems 😁 P.s.: The company producing Aperol (the famous aperitivo drink!) is from Padua 🍹
@@LostInItaly Hello, wow thank you for such a detailed reply. 😃 I might visit Padua soon. Since I am afraid to fly I take the train (about 12 hours from my hometown Hannover in Germany... That is ok) :D Haha since I don't drink alcohol (due to "health issues") I hear from Aperol the first time, but good to know 🙂 Oh and yes I subscribed to your channel :)
Hello Noblebird 😀 Welcome to the channel! As per your question, please consider that both the University and hospitals have many locations throughout the city, which area are you interested in? Also, major hospitals usually have internal bars and canteens, so you will not meet doctors or nurses during their breaks or lunchtime
Nice video, but at th-cam.com/video/TrvXuLaAjqw/w-d-xo.html it's actually Santa Giustina, not il Santo (Saint Anthony Cathedral), which is not far but can hardly be seen from Prato della Valle.
I'll be moving there for university this fall and I can't wait! Thanks for showing me around the city - so much more to look forward to now :)
We are glad that you enjoyed the video!

What would be a coffee shop near the hospital and university that doctors might frequent?
