Wow that looks easy I have 6 stem's in 2 different pots both are growing crazy I was already considering repotting which I still plan on doing however I will also cut off some of the stem's and repot those as well thanks for the tip
... the temperature makes a real growing difference ... good soil helps tho ... try a cutting this summer ... use rooting hormone if you have it ... shade from harsh sun as needed ... does grate in bright indirect light ... zone 6 here ...
I am trying to propagate cuttings right now. I want to see if the tree can survive zone 6. Some particular "tropical" plants do. So unless I try I don't know.
Zone 6 here too. My mothers day plant has dropped leaves since I got it . I'm going to try this as a last resort to save some of it. Being a gift I feel bad not sure the cause
hi !thanks for the video, well done your schefflera cuts look so nice :) i was asking if you watered the cuts during the 38 timelaps days, or did you water it only once, just after planting the cuts ?
So this need a cool place to propagate thats hard to achieve im in tropical climate. Can i put it indoor where there is a AC can it root without sunlight?
@@pinkyssj4 Hey, I did not know that we are supposed to put the plant in the soil. I was wondering why my plant does not grow the roots as it's all the time in water. May that be the reason?
@@neelammathur7372 This is hard to say, after all, the climate and environment are different in each region, and the growth habits of plants are also different. So every time I buy a small amount of garden soil from different online businesses to try out the effect, and if the plant grows well, I will use those ones.

Cut and plant, most of the leaves will fall off but it will eventually grow.
Such a rewarding plant to grow.

I didn't see how many weeks you left it in the coco peat before planting and how often do we water it? It looks easy to grow.

En que parte de la casa lo pones y en que mes de la temporada se realiza eso, cuanta agua hay que echar que material usa
Thanks for sharing!
great information
Me encanta haré la prueba⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🇨🇱
If you keep the soil on the roots, you won't damage the roots when planting.
ماشاء الله

i was asking if you watered the cuts during the 38 timelaps days, or did you water it only once, just after planting the cuts ?
I usually water when the soil surface is about to dry out.

It's hard to say, I haven't tried it. But I think it would be better to put it in a cool place where the sunlight is scattered.
After cutting where will i put direct sunlight or shaded area?? Thank u.
shaded area

Qué clase de tierra usaste en español
Any root composed use??
Will the mother plant continue to grow after it has been cut for the propagation?
Yes
It's probably even a good thing to do, because otherwise it only gets longer and longer without branching.

After I multiplied it, it now grows leaves, but there are no roots. Is this good?
Buon giorno vorrei sapere quando possiamo fare una sceflera il mese
Do you need to put a bag over it to keep it humid?
Generally not needed. Just put it in a cool and ventilated place.
Can I cut a long branch with many buds, cut it into pieces, and propagate as separate plants?
What kind of sprayer do you use to water your plants?
Yes, It is best to leave at least one leaf on the stem. Ordinary sprayer is OK
What is the right time to propagate it???
Spring
What kind of substrate did you use? I have done in the same way like you, with no succsess.
I use ordinary garden soil, of course sandy soil is also possible.
To nema pojma, glupost!
Can i propogate this plant just by a leaf stem..?
No,it will only take root and not grow leaves
Question 🙋♂️ what kind of soil do you use sir?
I use ordinary garden soil, of course sandy soil is also possible.
Why Do we cut most of the leaves before putting it in soil??Isnt it good to have many leaves to grow from cutting??
so that energy is used in creating roots rather than sustaining those leaves...once those roots are developed , leaves will automatically come...
can i propogate it in these days of august ??
First of all, I don't know which region you are in, so it is difficult to answer, but I suggest that you can propagate it in the season of 20℃~25℃.
En que tiempo se hacen las plantas de chiflera
Do you have update link to this plant?
Can we use water? Instead of soil?
I tried to reproduce it with water, but it didn't grow roots after a month. I don't know why?😂
Daily Garden 小庭園 I kept mine in water for MONTHS and it never grew roots
Doesn't it need to put on water first for growing roots?
Water the soil, keep moist. Roots will grow
@@pinkyssj4 Hey, I did not know that we are supposed to put the plant in the soil. I was wondering why my plant does not grow the roots as it's all the time in water. May that be the reason?
@Weronika Baranowicz I noticed that for scheffleras, the roots grow faster in soil, then put clear bag over it to create humidity.
Straight puting them in rocks 😆
Does this work with dwarf scheffleras too?
[edit 2] hi again 😅
It should be possible 😆
Can u send buying link of cutting knife which is used by you 🙏
Sorry, there is no purchase link for this tool😂, but I may open an online shop to sell gardening tools in the future.
Scusami per favore se puoi prodore in Italiano
Have you mixed cocopeat with soil?
I bought the garden soil online, maybe it's already mixed in it. 😆
Which company garden soil did you buy?

Of course, I am trying to reproduce with leaves recently.
