It's choice scarfed that's why it is faster than deoxys because choice scarf boosts the speed up by 50% and that is why it was only able to use water spout lol! I sweeped set 7 with the same thing you did I had a choice scarfed kyogre and that aerodactyl was annoying.
Tate annoyed and you breezed right through lol it took me forever and the guy with the Regigigas had traded abilities with his Mew when I was battling him but the funny thing was was that I knocked out the Regigigas with a hyper beam from my Porygon-Z haha your Kyogre is really I wish mine was that fast
Kyogre with the choice scarf + waterspout was disgusting. It could one shot pretty much anything neutral and super effective. In Uber battles it was godlike and still remain to this day.

When I battled Kruger his Regirock used explosion and took my Rayquaza and his Latias but Lucario survived haha

Only fire types should be able to learn Overheat.
OK 1st Water Spout shouldn't be doing that much damage.2nd The way water spout works it should also hit the teammate.
