A real magazine you buy because you pick it up and the content grabs you first. Your magazine people would buy because they want to support you and they find out the content later. Even you yourself don’t seem to have an idea what that content is yet. Your project might end up being ok but you are taking the same approach Eric did.
I stand by my philosophy. In writing and story telling you can make anybody a villain or hero. You can even tell a story about a Taliban fighter doing battle with an evil Djinn if you want to.
