To add, I recommend after fard salaah, make dua in sujood. Ask Allah for forgiveness, for help, to strengthen your heart and expand your chest with assurance. Ask for His love and for the love of those whom He loves and the love of those whom love Him, to do deeds He loves, to be in places He loves and to have a good end. Above all if you do nothing else, just take 2 seconds after every salaah to ask Allah for forgiveness and then whatever most earnestly you want healed. Wallah, before you know it, those little 5 seconds of dua will turn to minutes then salaahtu-tawbah then good deeds and more good habits. May Allah make your journey to Him a firm one, AMEEN🤲🏻✨️
