Car park in S. Uberto where the road and the paths leading to Malga Ra Stua and Sennes start. In July and August the road is closed but you can do it on foot or by using the shuttle at a cost of € 7, which leaves from Fiames in Cortina.
To get to the Sennes refuge there are 8.5km and 675m of altitude difference, a very easy path.
We are in Ru de Ra Lainores at 1550 where there is the boite waterfall.
Very fresh and transparent water.
We arrived in Val salata at 1920m, where there is the possibility of taking a "shortcut" that cuts straight towards the refuge instead of the softer climb of the path.
Along the way we meet many people with e-bikes, the path is suitable for cycling (mtb, gravel, ebike) apart from a small very steep uphill stretch where you may have to push for a few hundred meters.
We choose the shortcut, immersed in an amazing nature!
Here we are at the Sennes refuge at 2126m in the beautiful Fanes-Senes-Braies natural park. The 360 ​​degree view is gorgeous.
