I am also a jio airfiber customer. It's almost 25 days since I took the connection. So far no issues . Mine is 30mbps plan . Getting speeds around 27 to 30 mbps . Rarely speeds dropping to below 20 mbps . Overall happy with the connection. Mine is a rural village and we don't have fiber optic cables in our village so Jio Airfiber is a good option for me.

Same prob for me as well.. worst experience. I am using 30mbps speed. Jio engineer visited and told me upgrade plan to 100mbps to get speed and no disconnection to network😢
E video lo person kuda 100 mbps plan but thanaki 20 mbps kuda ravatam ledhu me area lo 5g coverage ledhu so meru ye plan ki upgrade iena same issue vastunnaei

I took 1 year plan 100 mbps (₹ 12729.84/-)getting irritated worst Jio Air Fiber 😡they said no refund and won’t give service this is big scammer. I called nearly 20 times no body come to fix problem 😡 till pending service request almost 3 days . Wasting money

They take advance and keep quite. The person who came for installation went back saying that since they had wired connection available in our area, they cannot give airfiber connection. It is over 15 days and you neither get the connection nor the refund. The service personnel act as if they are providing you some free gold / diamonds. Airtel is 1000 times better than Jio as per my experience.

Sir, how to get back Rs1000 paid in advance as booking amount for jio fiber, which is now showing as voucher amount in my jio app, i have contacted jio service engineers but they also don't know it seems, they're replying as it has converted to voucher so it's difficult to refund it back, so please provide any solution and help me out in this it's my kind and humble request to you, I'll be very thankful to you..

If you are planning to do WFH with jio airfiber please do not take it is waste of time and money.
Lot of issues with JIO set of box , it is no use buffers every time. Some times it re-start for no reason. Jio is launching airfiber without proper testing and we are paying 1k per month for their testing.
1.internet disconnect very frequently, latency is more, With VPN it is very slow, upload speed is less.
2. Attending meetings is a nightmare 😭, due to frequent disconnections.
3. All of sudden set of box re-start, OTT apps buffer every time. It's been more than 20 days I raised issue, no resolution provided yet. I was not able to watch any program.
4. More over Customer service is very bad, chat or call. No one cares the customer, every time we call they tell different story. I raised a issue on Feb 2nd till now no resolution, I am feedup and requested for cancellation on 9th Feb, it is still in process no update after that. From last 20 days I raised more than 10 tickets but no resolution, they close ticket without resolution.
5. Local engineer never visit to resolve the issue.
6. They are not giving refund after cancellation
From last 20 days we raised these many requests, they are closing tickets without any resolution.
