15 years since this was released. And still one of the greatest songs. Subjectively of course. But to know this song was old in this recording is special! Thank you uploadman
I am somewhere in this crowd. I loved bamboozle I was so upset when they changed it to skate and surf except for the year they held it at six flags that was dope
@adamnitson Its because the guy filming is on the side of the stage - so he's getting Kevin's monitor sound of the trigger. The PA speakers are at the front of the stage and sound more natural.
Love seeing people mosh during the fucking intro before the band even takes the stage. Shit gets me amped. Same with seeing staff at the rail go hard too.
@480borat It actually is one of the biggest rushes of energy I've ever experienced. Plus, if u got to a show and NO ONE is hardcore dancing, it feels like the crowd/venue is completely dead.
3:16 Now that's how you enjoy a breakdown, respect to those three front row dudes. Edit: and respect to whatever that purple hood dude was doing in the back.
@adamnitson I love how before Vincent yells "everybody! fucking! MOVE!", it looks like he's texting and just starts fucking killing it all of the sudden
I was here the pit was deadly I remember seeing people getting knocked out and broken noses left and right at one point the pit went all the way to the Ferris whell all the way in the back of the lot
Agreed from Portland, Oregon. Looks fucking perfect. I am seeing The Acacia Strain on sunday, I will let you know if it turns out this good. Probally not though, we dont have a venue that big here D:
@Twinkie280 actually, i have never been hit by a hardcore dancer before. That generally doesn't happen unless you are in the pit with the hardcore dancers. I only go in good old fashioned moshing pits and walls of death.
When lead singers like Vince say shit like "open this up," that just implys hardcore dancing will occur. This is angry, negative music, and hardcore dancing gets all the energy out of the body.
@AshhhWearsPrada when i saw lamb of god on gigantour several years ago all the security guards were headbanging in unison for most of the set. it was amusing.
Jesus christ. I swear some kids in that crowd are windmilling so fast they're gonna fuckin take off. It's almost like im watching a helicopter impressions tournament
That guard is all about this band haha
Darryl McDaniel
yes love it!
The ORIGINAL and BEST version of this band. Long live DL!
Best, absolutely, but far from the original.
you know its good when event staff is gettin into it
Straight up trying to hardcore dance while getting paid
god damn I miss throwimg down
15 years since this was released. And still one of the greatest songs. Subjectively of course. But to know this song was old in this recording is special! Thank you uploadman

2025 and still coming back to this. Miss those days!
Almost ten years
That pit is gettin' WILD
3:17 that big guy in the purple. Oh my god that's hilarious.
I saw them back in 2007. It was absolutely chaotic and a blast.
Ahhhhh the good ole days
2024 and still coming back to watch event security get down to Acacia. I love it.
You know a set is going to be good when the people are opening it up even before theres a song even playing. Sick Shit!
Still one of the best live videos around
Absolutely brilliant shout! I made sure I could see the guy!
own the fucking space you're in and all will be fine. it's all about getting that aggression out.
One of the best bands ever!
I am somewhere in this crowd. I loved bamboozle I was so upset when they changed it to skate and surf except for the year they held it at six flags that was dope
Wowzers Batman, this band never ever disappoints. I love em!
I get chills everytime I watch this video :D

I miss this shit so much. Good times!
@adamnitson Its because the guy filming is on the side of the stage - so he's getting Kevin's monitor sound of the trigger. The PA speakers are at the front of the stage and sound more natural.

I seen that, Dude thats some great security work right there.
Love seeing people mosh during the fucking intro before the band even takes the stage. Shit gets me amped.
Same with seeing staff at the rail go hard too.
I love how into it that staff member is getting
I've never seen that before. thats pretty metal dude. every concert I go too there as still as fuck.
It takes 2 guys to do what DL did in the band
the guy with the EVENT STAFF shirt on is hell getting in too it haha.
haha everytime i see vincent.. he reminds me of my dad!
the way he looks/dresses it's so funny xP
What has this world become hahahah hard core dancing as just takin over everywhere
@480borat It actually is one of the biggest rushes of energy I've ever experienced. Plus, if u got to a show and NO ONE is hardcore dancing, it feels like the crowd/venue is completely dead.
@420Manik im a pothead and i love listening to them when im high there so intense its unbelivable
At this point it's very rare in my area to see anyone hardcore dancing. I used to hate pits like that but now I miss it :( Now it's just push pits
@xraycat18 lmao that was pretty good. Nice catch!
Best...Event staff...ever!
FUCK YEAH!
I think this is one of my favorite videos of people dancing, its looks so fucking sick.
damn too bad i missed it. yeah i wouldn't mind seein them
I'm normally in favour of IEM's with stage wedges turned off but that's an unusually good sound for the stage!
No clicks, tightest and heaviest live band of that era!
You almost NEVER see one of the guards into the music haha props to that guy.
i don't think i've seen anyone as happy as the kid 3:17. he's jumping for joy! hahahahah
the event staff coming out in a line to the epic intro music..prepare for war.
i think this is the best pitt on youtube...=}
Good set, good show. Tore shit up for this band that day as always.
I dig the event staff in the front jammin out lol

God I wish they were playing this year's Bamboozle.
i like the event staff dude feelin it
Ah DL, how we miss you.
@AngelsDontKill22 i was there as well and they never disappoint.
lol even the event staff dude at the bottom right corner is enjoying it too. The Acacia Strain=dope as hell 1:17
this video is legendary (as a band).
3:16 Now that's how you enjoy a breakdown, respect to those three front row dudes.
Edit: and respect to whatever that purple hood dude was doing in the back.
One of the best shows I have ever been to. Are you going to any shows soon? I Declare War should be good
Real nice dudes
@adamnitson I love how before Vincent yells "everybody! fucking! MOVE!", it looks like he's texting and just starts fucking killing it all of the sudden
Ahahaha the event staff going nuts! LOL.
Love how the staff is headbanging
I was here the pit was deadly I remember seeing people getting knocked out and broken noses left and right at one point the pit went all the way to the Ferris whell all the way in the back of the lot
Chris Randazzo They always get down. Saw them a bunch of times and that shit was always brutal. So fun.
+crooshflow - Agreed. Every time I've ever seen the Strain shit got rowdy af.
Saw them with oceano a year or two ago. Dislocated limbs, blood and sweat were the majority of the pit. Super rowdy!
I only go in good old fashioned moshing pits and walls of death.
bad ass, the security likes the strain's sound haha
He didnt leave, he just doesnt tour as much as he used to, because he is taking care of his son.
check the Event Staff! hahaa
You can tell that dude is about the core haha.
Now that's what you call loving your job haha
Those aren't triggers. Triggers are more compressed.
This video was filmed from side-stage, so it might be his actual kick.
that security guy is a legend!
what a fight in the pit! now im lookin forward to go to their concert with whitechapel =)
goddamn, i feel like this was yesterday its been almost 4 fucking years and they've only gotten better
This drummer is a fucking human metronome gosh damn he is on point
@480borat I think throwing down is so much fun! the atmosphere of it all is so sick!
@MrSagekeber I'm pretty suree we all looked like that the first time we heard TAS
even staff event was head banging thats cool aha
haha event staff is havin such a gud time, job
When lead singers like Vince say shit like "open this up," that just implys hardcore dancing will occur. This is angry, negative music, and hardcore dancing gets all the energy out of the body.
@opking44 Its called wireless patch cords.
lol even the security guard is getting into it. :-D
@AshhhWearsPrada
