If it was two black people both of them would have went to jail. For the rest of their lives. when you engage in illegal activity and someone gets killed both of you need to go to jail because of both of the know

The evidence in this case was horrible the star witness/victim even said it wasn't him and didn't point him out until in court then again goes and says its not him when shown a picture by the defense idk how the jury came back with a guilty verdict when there was clearly ton of doubt in that court room. Smh this broken system needs to be fixed

You clown. The star witness was not the victim. It was a bystander who knew both Tammy and Gabriel and witnessed the shooting. The system works just fine if you abide by the laws. Gabriel and Tammy both deserved the sentences they received. 2 junkies off the streets thank God

She KNEW exactly what was going on WTF do the think is going to happen when you rob someone? If someone gets killed and you assist the killer in this crime you should get the exact same sentence as the killer you ARE just as guilty!

god she should have got longer. Your just as guilty as the person that pulled the trigger. People don't know if your with someone that commits a crime you do the time also. Thumbs up to justice.

so if you go out with your friend and he robs and kills someone out of the blue, you get the same punishment? That doesn't make any sense, you have to aid, assist or encourage the offender. So if you just walk away then you should be ok. But what if the offender asks you to help him dispose of the body or drive him somewhere? If you say no, you put yourself in jeopardy, if you say yes then you can be charged with him. So i don't know what's the law's viewpoint on that, the law can't expect me not to help him dispose of the body to save myself.
