These are such wonderful answers to the most common interview questions collated by you Diksha. They give a new way of answering the common questions that you've already covered multiple times in several videos across your socials and the ultimate interview prep course. Hats off to you for all the constant hard work you put in to bring us these videos and handhold us in a quietly confident kind of way. You're literally the GOD of cracking interviews , even the trickiest ones, because these answers though generic are so personal and relatable unlike many other interview and career coaches who give only an overview of how to answer the questions without personalizing them. Thank you so much for all that you do. May the Universe bless you abundantly with more power to change precious lives for the better. 🙂

I got offer from third party company - 1 year contract role for MNC product based for Business Analyst role with 137 hike on my in hand salary , I have asked to join within 30days ,first we both parties agreed to join on 11th November , now they asked me to join on 4th Nov (otherwise manager will drop out me) For me to resign I asked for offer letter, meanwhile they have sent joining formalities ( I agreed and sent all the information and documents)
After so many requests and discussions they sent conditional offer letter,in which designation offered , salary offered, breakup details nothing is mentioned, without Job offer I can't resign my Full time Job with big firm as Mis associate. It is really very disappointed/bad experience I have ever had with interview process.
    Inputs needed ! ,
