(4 years late but) I just started watching and I'm gonna miss seeing you and Rachel together, you guys (on camera) seemed to be like Salt and Pepper. I do understand how too much of something can lead to a bad ending. For all that said, watching these is making me want to purchase a new Honda C125 Super Cub after I take my motorcycle course this weekend!
Same here, ive been familiar with c90 adventures for years, just now started watching more though. New Super cubs are really nice, bigger better engines. Im not sure how tough they are compared to the old ones though
This channel and someguyrides inspired me to get a supercub 125 that I use to tour through Europe, coming summer to the alps and back home. Ed does the things I never did but wanted, be true to yourself and get a small Honda.

I have watched few of your videos and I knew from the very first of your videos that you are an honest person. I fully trust you and I think most others also do.
I have skipable ads to help pay for Internet costs, but they don't pay much unfortunately. Last month I got enough ad revenue for dinner though, so that was a bonus.
it is February/2021.I completely understand wanting to ride solo. When you ride with a group or even one other person, you spend a lot of time watching them in the mirrors of your bike to see if they got through the traffic light to see if they missed that dead dog in the road, when you should be watching the road. when you ride with others, it’s tough to get everyone to agree on when to stop for gas, where to stop for food, where to stop for the night, the next day, you’re ready to go, and some other people may not be ready, for two hours. then you have fellow riders that don’t really maintain their machines. when they have mechanical issues due to lack of maintenance on the road, they don’t carry tools. they don’t have any mechanical common sense. then there’s the issue of some people want to ride slower than you do, other people want to ride faster than you do. Some people can ride for three hours without stopping, other people can’t ride for more than an hour and they need to stop because their bum hurts. some people have loud obnoxious motorcycles or stereos that attract negative attention. It’s embarrassing to be seen riding with them. Then you have the issue of some people that will ride with a T-shirt and flip-flops. No gloves, no helmet, no rain suit, no tools, no water. I take my motorcycle riding seriously. I have traveled well over 700,000 miles so far. It’s a concern and a responsibility when you invite people to ride with you. But their lack of planning becomes your problem when things happen.. so, when there is an event that riders I know are going to and they ask me to ride with them, I usually tell them, no thanks, I’ll see you there..

Set up a Patreon, it's perfect for your problem. Since your problem is the cost to make each video (and not trip costs) you can set it to Per-video payment so every time you finish a video you hit the button and all your Patrons are charged their per video donation amount and you get the money. That way if you're slow on a new video, people aren't monthly charged for nothing and it motivates you to get a video out to get the return from your Patrons. Plus you could offer things like cut footage (which I'm sure you have lots of) as a Patron bonus to entice people to join your Patreon.

why dont you just mail all the raw footage home and use your hotel money to buy SD cards on the road and make them all when you get back. it doesnt really matter if when we get them, as long as we get them.
c90adventures I would love to know the full logistics of this trip from funding to navigation to just deciding what to do lol, I travelled for two years but not like this. So impressive!
Pete - funding was essentially just work hard and save. But in terms of the logistics, I've been tempted for a long time to make a video explaining how I go about "planning" a trip. Most trips actually only take about a day or two to plan though.

Fantastic videos ...I enjoy to the max because I had and rode a lot of c90s still ride bikes but big ones .. I haven't travelled to different country's and experienced what you have done but 25 yrs ago I had to travel 55 mile round trips in all weathers for 2 yrs any how stay happy and ride safe both of you together or separate ....I don't have a bank account but if you can give me a p o box or address would willingly send some money. Just discovered your videos, cant believe i missed you coming through Oregon. You have definitely inspired me to ride in all weather conditions, but I think my xr650 might be a little too heavy for the ice.
I'm so skint I'm being treated at the doctors for malnutrition, mainly because it's a 26 mile walk to get there, long gone is my car collection (let alone the two planes I owned). However, despite my poverty and sore feet I just gambled £5 on your behalf at the bookies, and came back with £25, it's all yours bro, take it. Then when I'm back on my feet, or perhaps just able to zombie crawl with my malformed half rotten carcass, I'm going to get myself a 50cc moped and TAKE ON THE WORLD. Oh, then hunt you down (zombie, remember).
This was 4 years ago so I would really like to know how she is doing now? I have to tell you but you already know thou, Rachel is beautiful inside and out her smile and dark eyes and rosy cheeks are just so beautiful and her character is really something rare in this day and age. The trip was three years long, so waiting until the end wouldn't have worked very well for keeping people updated.

I haven't travelled to different country's and experienced what you have done but 25 yrs ago I had to travel 55 mile round trips in all weathers for 2 yrs any how stay happy and ride safe both of you together or separate ....I don't have a bank account but if you can give me a p o box or address would willingly send some money. I'm so skint I'm being treated at the doctors for malnutrition, mainly because it's a 26 mile walk to get there, long gone is my car collection (let alone the two planes I owned). However, despite my poverty and sore feet I just gambled £5 on your behalf at the bookies, and came back with £25, it's all yours bro, take it. Then when I'm back on my feet, or perhaps just able to zombie crawl with my malformed half rotten carcass, I'm going to get myself a 50cc moped and TAKE ON THE WORLD. Oh, then hunt you down (zombie, remember).

This was 4 years ago so I would really like to know how she is doing now? I was really enjoying seeing you guys together, I'm a bit late to your channel, by just 4 years. Better late than never.. lol But i suspected something might go pop as i understand the work that goes into making great content or doing any work online. I was away from home for 8 years and for the past two I've had to resist the temptation of vajayjay as i know it will just get in the way of future plans. Especially since one's not planning on remaining in a wet cold miserable country.
