Here i am in the middle of the night clapping my hands and screaming "There're going to have a baby , there're going to have a baby" im so excited i probably woke my neighbors
I'm sure the kissing came afterwards. With me, a giant overwhelming swell of emotion calls for a hug. Immense romantic feelings result in a kiss. And I definitely think that was an, "OMG! We're having a baby!" moment. But to each their own.
@Kate B. No, what I want to know is why the guys always seem to be aiming for the corners of each other's mouths when they kiss. I haven't noticed if others do that. As for tiring, I get tired of the people who complain about there not being enough kisses all the time, so I guess we're even? I just see things differently and I share my perspective. I'll try to not make it seem like I'm discounting yours in the future. Look. I'm a gay guy and I don't feel the need to kiss all the time, so perhaps that just means that not all gay couples feel the need to kiss all the time. It's pretty much the same as with straight couples. Sure, a few more pecks might be nice, but I'm not upset about that.
I am weird! I think that is the first time I have seen Robert put his hand on Aaron's knee. BTW I didn't mind that there was no kiss that hug was awesome.
I still think they should grab an egg or two from Victoria. Being Robert's half-sister, she having a child with Aaron would result in a baby with both Sugden and Dingle DNA. It's the closest they could get to having a kid with both their DNA.
As it would be with a straight couple; having a family seems the natural next step. OMG, they have come so very far. and let's be honest, we fans so love it...don't we? Considering all the many gay themed storyline couples, in all the soaps I've seen over the years, Aaron and Robert are the couple every man wants to believe can happen. I do wish the writers would allow the characters to be just a bit more physical...maybe a bit more sexual. After all, they are still newlyweds. I loved the comment Chas made to Aaron the morning of the wedding, about Aaron and Robert still going strong (sexually) four years latter. Hell, they are men...and we do love our sex. I hope the writers on Emmerdale continue to allow Aaron and Robert to explore new territory as a normal couple, defying the old gay couple stereotypes, and just have everyday normal married people issues. This is 2018. And Aaron and Robert need to be seen as a married couple comprised of two men in love, rather than a GAY couple. God knows the LGBTQ community has fought long and hard to just be one of the married crowd...assimilated into society. Here in the US, we will celebrate our 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots. For us, that riot was metaphorically the LGBTQ's Boston Tea Party/our signing of The Declaration of Independence ...our "...we ain't gonna take it anymore..." declaration. (sorry to our cousins in the UK for that historic reminder, but you get my point). The LGBTQ community in the US and around the world has fought long hard battles to just be perceived as NORMAL. So let's not allow the writers on Emmerdale to push us back years to a time of stereotypical gay storylines.
KJOHNS 51 this is very well said. I completely agree with you about writing gay couple storylines realistically as if they were a "normal/regular" heterosexual couple (for lack of a better word). they are still real people with real problems and it is refreshing to see that. I am in the US as well and on the soap opera Days of Our Lives there is a gay couple and the writers have done an amazing job with their story over the years. they have had a fair share of obstacles and always come out stronger than when they started. they definitely helped break down the stereotype storyline wall in major ways
Please get Seb back. I can't handle him being with Ross. If Cain is so protective of Aaron how did he not rip Ross's head off for letting Aaron go to jail for shooting Robert. Ross is a coward who never takes responsibility for anything and people say Robert gets away with everything. You know Ross is loving keeping Seb away from them. I have to give Michael Parr credit, he's a good actor, he truly made me want to punch Ross.
omg.... my heart.... I can't wait to see Robron with all their kids! Squeeee!
OMG Arron just exploded with joy when his Boss said yes....ahhh bless them 😀
Nicola actually served a purpose today: I love it!
I love evil Robert n nicola together lol n Aaron's happy face.
"What, you want to rip off and exploit a vulnerable drunk man at his lowest ebb?"
"Yes."
"I'm in."
Robert and Nicola are just 👌😂
Here i am in the middle of the night clapping my hands and screaming "There're going to have a baby , there're going to have a baby" im so excited i probably woke my neighbors
I am delighted for Robron
How cute would that be little robrons running around the place!❤️❤️❤️
Omg Aaron was so happy when rob said he wanted kids my heart
"I'm ready to have kids"
*hug*
Surely if ever, that's a natural place for the lads to kiss? Not even a peck, but a manly hug? 😕
ManicMuppit Yeah a kiss would have been cute but the I think the hug was acc so sweet and acc was perfect
agree..they could have given us a kiss :(

are you serious
Now go upstairs and try to put a baby in Aaron. You'll fail of course, but therein lays the fun.

Shannon K I agreeee
Yeah. That was a "We're having a baby" moment and I'm pretty sure straight couples respond to that news at first by hugging tightly and excessively.
NotContinuum exactly . I love when Robron kiss but it felt like a hug moment
OMG your right! Finally a huge that makes sense! Loved it too!
Watch were Robert hand goes...around Aarons neck ....loving it ☺
Yes Robert and Aaron are going to have kids
Like it's gonna be smooth sailing....

This is so bittersweet when you know Robert leaves next year and they never actually end up having a kid
