Stress management is something that's still a work in progress for me sometimes, but I genuinely enjoy taking time to meditate as a way to calm and recenter myself! Exercise is always a good thing to get into as well, whenever the weather permits it. I'm hoping that I can start making that a habit again because it truly helps me 😊

For me, when I get stressed for final exams I usually take a walk outside, enjoying the scenery. After that I would just sit down somewhere and organize my thoughts like "what should I do when I get back home? And what do I study first?" And etc, when my thoughts are clear and organized I usually am calm about the final exams

Entiendo totalmente el estrés universitario, me pasa más seguido al estar culminando mi carrera. Solo pienso en “¿cuando terminará este momento tan pesado?” (Pesado para no decir otras cosas). Libero mis frustraciones escuchando musica, bailando alguna canción que ame, jugando algún videojuego, leyendo un libro y así, intento no hablar sobre la universidad porque terminaría más enojada, irritada y con muchas ganas de llorar. Puede que tengas otras formas de liberar el estrés, pero lo importante es saber como desahogarse y relajarse, así que te mando muchísimos ánimos para que en todo te vaya bien y que logres sentirte mejor con el tiempo ✨🤍 eres genial, no te desanimes 🍒🌱

For advice on educational stress I would think to just spend time with nube more and screaming in pillows always helps me, it also helps to every once in a while take a walk out side to get fresh air. Even if it's raining it's nice to be outside, anyways wrighting it all down is good, but you can also talk to nube about it and drawing helps me. Anyways that's all. The advice I have so I have it turns out well for you!

Solo te recomiendo que, para hacer tus desayunos más saludables reemplazes el azúcar por miel o un sustituto del azúcar como la stevia o monk fruit, ambos saben algo raro al principio pero te acostumbras y te sabe bien.
