im not happy with this printer . i can not print when one of the cartdrige are empty. for exaple : no more red and you can not more print in black. i did not use any colour and after 2 mounth the printer says that tha cartdriges are empty.

You don't necessary need the CD with HP once you connect the USB cable it will recognise the printer for you to download HP smart app

Mine won't take the paper it says it's empty but it clearly isn't am confused

@Chris you can switch off your printer and turn it back after some minutes, making sure you adjust the paper holder to the correct size into the tray for your printer to recognise the paper loaded and ensure Proper Alignment the print head

@@MegaChris711 did the new one fix it? Mine keeps taking the paper half way or shooting it through and then saying paper feed empty when it isn’t. Got about 5 sheets from it only :/

@@carabaker2964 aye the new one fixed the issue they did say if there is any issue from the outside remember to have the little black flap down when printing plus a bought a chip resetter oh boy best thing ever get more ink out me cartridges then previously lots more 👍
