The difference is that if you can walk around in it even a little and your not crammed into the tiny home. You won’t feel as claustrophobic but if you can reach out a inch and touch a wall/ is you ligit being consumed by a small space and can’t move that what triggers claustrophobia I SHOUDL know I have it lol
